Clean, cheerful place with plenty of room for my family. When we weren’t at the beach or out enjoying the city, we loved having the small pool right outside the door to hang out together and relax. We can’t wait to go back!

The place was great, very clean, and the pool was perfectly heated. Our friends were hosting a birthday party on 42nd Street, and it was a quick walk over to their house.

I would not recommend this property for the following reasons: the property was much smaller than portrayed online, the beds were extremely hard/uncomfortable (the best beds were bunk beds), sheets were scratchy and low quality, construction materials were left in one of the closets that my toddlers got into, the property manager said they were sending someone for two days and I had to follow up because no one came, and the Internet was extremely slow. We left a full day early to go back to Orlando and didn’t miss this condo one bit. Imagine an old property flipped/remodeled quickly and appointed with the lowest quality or thrift finds. Not what we were expecting for the cost we paid for a three night stay.

Loved our stay at this property. It is 1 block away from the beach and was very clean. The living/kithchen area is small and may not accommodate a larger family but we made it work.

Cute clean little cottage as advertised. We specifically selected a property with a heated pool due to staying on AMI in late November. We arrived on a Sunday with a freezing pool temp. I called immediately and the customer service rep said she would call first thing Monday. By Monday late afternoon, someone had been there, and placed a garden hose trickling in cool water into the pool, and the pool remained too cold to swim, so my 5 year old was again devastated. I called again Monday evening...same situation unfolded. Tuesday came and went. Another call Tuesday evening came with news the compressor needs replaced and it would be taken care of Wednesday. By Wednesday evening the heater lights were a least back on, but the pool was still uninhabitable. We had planned to check out Thursday but had a late flight, so thought maybe we could get at least a short swim in that morning before vacating. We awoke to a cold pool then a woman knocking on our door at 9:50am stating “how much longer are you going to be, because you need to checkout ASAP”. Lesson learned to have your host VERIFY firsthand the pool actually is heated before you arrive on property.

This was a girls weekend for birthday/graduation celebration, and it was perfect. Pool was nice in the sun. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Beach was walking distance from the house and easily to come and go from! Beds and sheets were a little uncomfortable, but showers were hot, air was cold, and overall stay was amazing.

Literally the only thing we would change is the mattress in the master bedroom..very uncomfortable, BUT the location and amenities were absolutely perfect!

This was our 2nd time visiting the island! The location of this house was unbeatable! Was walking distance from everything you needed! The house was definitely a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures and was right for my family of 7! But we made it work!

Perfect place for our little family! The location and place were great! Replace the queen mattresses and I’d give it 5 stars!

Overall nice stay. Only concern was the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress needs to be replaced. Great area!

Location of this rental is excellent as it is 1 block away from the gulf beach and Publix. Bedrooms and baths were good. The living area (one 3 seat couch) and small dining table were very tight for 4 people and would be impossible for the 8 it claims to hold. Secluded heated pool was a big plus on cooler windy days. Tv should be updated for streaming capabilities.

The proximity of this place & the pool makes it a guaranteed great vacation destination. Close enough to cafes/bars, but nice & quiet at night.

We loved staying here. It is mere steps to the beach. The place is clean and was spacious enough for 6 of us. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here for our first time at AMI! It was a cute little house that was cozy but had plenty of room for our family and it was so nice having our own pool! The only two downsides were the master mattress sagged and seemed a little worn out, and the lock on the door. The door handle from the inside concerned us due to how easy the lock was to turn and how easy it was to open as we have a 2 year old who could easily open it by himself. This made us very nervous as the pool was directly outside the door. This obviously wouldn’t be a problem for anyone without small children. Otherwise we really enjoyed everything!

We loved coconut cottage 2. It was a perfect little place for grandma, mom and dad and 3 little ones 6,2,1. We all loved having our private pool to play in. It was great to have plenty of bath and beach towels. It is in such a good location for walking to the beach or restaurants. We really enjoyed our burgers from Skinny’s next door. There was a variety of beach chairs and toys that must have been left there by other guests. I mentioned my granddaughter’s 6th birthday to Valerie and she had a birthday bag waiting on our table when we arrived. I want her to know it thrilled my Eisley and was so special. We love AMI and are so lucky to live near Tampa so we can go often. We will definitely be returning to this cottage.
