The views in this Palmilla Norte Hacienda are out of this world. Five of the bedrooms, and the whole living space look out to sweeping ocean views. You are also practically on the beach since the opening to the golf course is on the Arroyo which extends to the beach. There is plenty of living space for a large family and friends, and there are numerous outdoor spaces. I particularly like the outdoor gym and pool combo. The property is located on one of the most swimmable beaches in all of Cabo. You can also go for very long walks down the beach. We would gladly come back!

Casa Ensueno is a property that is hard to beat. The pristine beach, warm water, white sand. While I have stayed in many villas while traveling abroad, this was by far my favorite. We were a family of 9 adults ranging in age from 30's to 60's from the San Francisco Bay Area, celebrating my retirement. We had a blast, only leaving the villa for one dinner out, (Flora Farms..not to be missed) and shops @ Palmilla for fun browsing and groceries at the lovely California Market. The villa had all the amenities one could need. Extremely well stocked from every small necessity to larger unexpected indulgences, as if it were your own home. There is a sound system throughout the interior main living/gathering space, as well as outside patio/pool that we paired our phones to listen to our music playlist via Spotify which enhanced the mood and vacation vibe. The views from all bedrooms is incredible and the unique separation and private entrance to each room, makes it seem like your own personal retreat. The rooms are large, beds super comfy, and each room has double sinks, huge roman style tiled tubs/shower, large closets, sliders to private patio or balcony, each equal in luxury, so no coin toss needed for the better room! Margarita the housekeeper is there daily with smile, to clean, tidy and refresh all bed linens, towels etc., all while keeping a low profile, so you hardly know she's there. The guys played golf a few times at "Puerto Los Cabos" set up by Osmar the pro shop Manager, whom arranged everything...Tee times, transportation. He really took great care of the guys to ensure they had a fun experience. We have a chef or two among our family, which made meals, appetizers and Happy Hour an event in itself. I know it is not a common luxury to have a family member (my sister) along who has such a passion for cooking and being in the kitchen during a vacation, but we are lucky, and she made it look effortless while still having time to relax and join in all the fun, never missing a beat. Jack the owners son, was also amazing throughout the entire experience from beginning to end. He lives locally, and was a key ingredient in making sure we had all the contact sources for staff, house manager, transportation, medical info, chef services if desired, etc. Jorge the house Manager, had an incredible spread of food waiting, when we arrived which was pleasingly unexpected. Many memories made here, many more to come. Simply splendid!

Wonderful traditional hacienda style home with amazing views and location in Palmilla Norte. Walk to the beach in one minute. Great pool and wonderful layout of rooms in the home. Excellent staff and owner had superb resources for us, golf, chefs, fishing etc... We had an amazing time and loved every minute. great value, location and the weather was perfct.

The house is large and has everything you need. Excellent communication and terrific beach location. You can’t go wrong with this property.

My husband and I have been coming to Cabo since before we were married. Over the years we have stayed at Esperanza, One and Only, Las Ventanas, and rented houses in Pedregal, but after our week with our 3 kids and my in-laws, this house is hands down the best location to date. Swimmable beach w/in walking distance, privacy and flexibility of private home, short golf cart ride to restaurants and stores, easy neighborhood to go for run or walk and completely safe to keep house unlocked all day long. We loved our stay at Casa Ensueño! The house is the quintessential Mexican style beach house, so it’s not the new construction, modern look, which to us made everything feel much more relaxing. Get to the beach either by taking golf cart to gated beach entrance around the corner from the house or short walk down stairs to the side of the house and then alongside the the golf hole. Plenty of umbrellas, chairs and beach toys available for guest use. We had a chef come a few nights (Chef Tez was great!) and had a couple meals out as well. Used Cabo Adventures for some family activities, too. Great spring break week for the whole family (kids aged 7, 10 and 12 and adults from 44-75).

Casa Ensueno was a wonderful home for a family vacation. My family and I have been staying in Palmilla for 10 years and this was our favorite rental. We had a group of 9 - 4 adults and 5 kids - and there was plenty of space, the layout of the house is fantastic. The pool, distance to the beach, and amenities available made this a wonderful place to spend a week. Jorge was extremely responsive, Margarita did an amazing job cleaning, and the pool/gardening staff was quick and unobtrusive. I would absolutely book this house again

We rented Casa EnSueño for a group of 12 adults venturing manager down from Orange County California to Cabo for my 50th birthday celebration. Primarily couples with a few single adults, this house was perfect. The amenities were plentiful: a clean infinity pool, a large hot tub with an amazing view, and A Bluetooth sound system to add ambience! The kitchen was well equipped, there are lots of indoor and outdoor dining options , and the entertainment areas included games and televisions. Not to mention that the house is situated in a perfectly located, safe, gated neighborhood just minutes outside of San Jose, convenient to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely book this house again! The property manager provided an abundance of information well in advance of our stay that helped us to set up an ideal time in Cabo San Lucas. This was a vacation to remember!

My wife and I rented the house with our 5 kids (2 of them married) and a grandchild. We had a WONDERFUL time with the incredible views, the easy access to a gorgeous beach, a fun private pool and a great hot tub. The location is super safe in a pretty gated neighborhood. Easy access to San Jose Del Cabo. Will definitely return!

Everything about our stay at Casa Ensueno was perfection! The view can't be beat - we loved how the rooms were separated with some outside entrances. Lots of "toys" - even an indoor basketball court (halfcourt) in garage downstairs. Beautiful flowers - and we loved the iron lighting, mexican tile and other design details. Short walk to the beach. For a family here for a Cabo wedding it could not have worked better.

We loved this home - great indoor & outdoor places to gather & enjoy the sun & the views. We also liked watching the golf on the hole that went past the house.

The Villa is better than the photos, clean and all the amenities. Tons of items to use for beach and pool was awesome. The staff was there to clean each day, prep food if you need it and the commutation with host was great. We rented a golf cart to go to the market and coffee shop, just .5 miles and highly recommend. Also they hooked us up with driver Juan who got us around at reasonable fee. Overall 5 stars!

We spent 8 glorious days with 3 generations of family. The pool & hot tub were the perfect gathering spot. We were steps from the swimmable Palmilla beach. Everyone had a blast! Margareta, Jack & Jorge were wonderful and made our stay better than we could have hoped. We rented a boat the 1st day and caught 3 yellow tail tuna. We headed into San Jose for the art walk and Margherita crawls. Highly recommend!!!!

The house and its location within the Palmilla Norte area are fabulous. We loved the ocean views, the outdoor staircases and the terraced levels. The house was spotless on arrival, and we appreciated a warm greeting with quesadillas and margaritas. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils for cooking in, and one night we arranged for an authentic Mexican dinner to be cooked for us, together with the catch of the day from our fishing trip. Daily walks on the nearby beach and the golf course were a highlight. New Year’s Eve was topped off with a fireworks show from a nearby property. We had two families of five, from ages 19-53, and everyone loved this property and this vacation. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing this incredible spot on VRBO.

I picked this house (10 months out) for a mini family reunion for it's perfect location since we hail from Illinois, Wisconsin and Vietnam. Bob, Cheryl and Allison were always super responsive to any questions I had, and were ready to make suggestions on activities. This beautiful home amply housed our family of 11 over the Christmas holiday. The bedrooms all have vistas of the Sea of Cortez and is a perfect spot to catch the sunrise. We enjoyed daily swims in the pool, walks on the beach and critiquing the golfers below while in the infinity hot tub. Each couple had private space with the comfortable bedrooms and our own bathrooms. The daily maid service kept the place sparkling. Our holiday was perfect and we never felt crowded with so many outdoor and indoor seating areas. Thank you, The Baumanns

The location of the villa is perfect. Right beside the One and Only hotel and within a 5 min walk to beach. Access off the main road is perfect as well. The owners, Bob and Cheryl, were awesome to work with!! We had one little issue that a huge rain stormed caused but it was taken care off quickly. Jorge, the caretaker was available for any questions we had. He even had a huge spread for us upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Two ice makers was a huge plus!! Every room was away from the main house so people that were up early didn’t have to tip toe around so not to wake up the sleepy heads. The view and the pool area is amazing! We would highly recommend this place especially for a huge family or friends.

The pictures do not justify how remarkable this property really is. Walking distance to the beach, and large enough to sleep large families comfortably. Views from the house are simply amazing, and the hospitality and check in process were given an A+. This is the best place for value in Palmilla hands down. We searched several properties, there is a reason this place was so highly reviewed, its simply the best. If you would like to stay in a relaxing, safe, and unbelievably beautiful place look no further. I have been to Cabo many times, but nothing compared to this amazing trip with friends made possible by this incredible place. Thanks so much!

Casa Ensueno was everything it appears to be and then some. It’s nestled in the beautiful Palmilla community, overlooking the 3rd hole on the Palmilla golf course, with the gorgeous ocean as the back drop. The outside pool area has more space than necessary and it’s just steps from the beach. 6 adults and 4 kids fit more than comfortably — can easily fit 3 families. We were treated with a wonderful welcome amenity and immediately felt right at home. My family has been coming to Cabo and renting homes for 6 years. We will definitely be back to Casa Ensueno.

Wow! What a place. Casa Ensueno delivered in every way possible. Classic Palmilla style and elegance. Immaculate conditions, wonderful views and perfect location. Owners went above and beyond with logistics, hospitality and comfort. From our arrival, meeting Oscar and his staff, to our departure, everything was perfect. Kitchen is modern and has all conveniences and gadgets. Living area has large, new TV and bar...perfect for relaxing after a long day outdoors. Outdoor area has two breakfast nooks (we ate outside every morning) and both an infinity pool AND an infinity spa. The views of Pamilla Cove (ocean) and golf course are over-the-top. Access to the most beautiful beach in Cabo is very easy and once there, a wonderful place to swim, stroll and explore...both fishing boats and golf course available just outside your doorsteps. Incredible! Minutes to brand new grocery shopping for essentials and a very short drive/cab to San Jose for shopping and nightlife. Nice, new work-out equipment a huge plus. Overall, hightly recommended...you must visit this place...we will come back again (and again) soon! Thank you for a wonderful, exciting and restful stay.

Great location in a safe gated community with security. Villa overlooks the 3rd hole Palmilla Golf Ocean Course and the Sea of Cortez. We loved the pool and infinity hot tub. The villa is clean and has plenty of ammenities like a basketball net, paddle boards, floaties for the pool etc. 5 mins from the new Fresko grocery store and Palmilla shops. We hired a great chef named Ari Hernandez. She was amazing. We stayed with 12 people for a corporate retreat and there was plenty of room for us (6 couples). Maid and pool service was fantastic. The owner Bob responded to one minor issue promptly. I would highly recommend this spot.

We loved our stay at Casa Ensueno! We stayed there with our two kids (ages 6 and 9) and a few other family members. The setup allowed people to have their own privacy but still come together in the living areas and outdoor spaces. The pool was great and we enjoyed walking out to the beach to play in the waves :) Location was great as well - easy drives to San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. And we were happy to not be in the touristy areas of Cabo San Lucas. Headed up to Todos Santos for a day - the drive was easy with the toll road and coast road. The outdoor spaces were great and the hot tub was amazing - day or night :) I would say that some of the outdoor spaces might not be great for very young children, but for ours it was perfect. Allison gave us great recommendations - we had a chef come in and cook for us twice which really made it a vacation. And Jorge, the house manager, had welcome food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived - which we really appreciated after our travels (and a hassle at the car rental place)! This is a perfect house for groups of people or multiple families!

Very comfortable for a group in Cabo. 6 bedrooms that are all self contained units with their own patios, bathrooms and showers. Great hot tub that overlooks the golf course and out to the beach. The walk to the beach is about 150 yards out the back garage along the golf course. Very nice beach that is about a 10 minute walk on the beach from the One and Only Pamilla Hotel. Nice pool with beach chairs and loungers. It felt very safe as there is a guard at the gate to get in the neighborhood. We didn't lock the door the whole time we were there. Great location and very comfortable for a large group. Highly recommend this home and location.

This is our second stay at Casa Ensueno and we are hoping to return again! We went with two other families and it was absolutely amazing. The pool is perfect - especially with children - it's warm, shaded for portions of the day, and has a young children play area that's very shallow. The hot tub is a dream - infinity edge to the ocean and large enough for 8 people (at least!) The bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms and are perfect for couples or families. We really, really love the house. We had a couple small issues (wifi going out) and there was a technician there almost immediately to fix it. Only thing to note is there are stairs between the 3 levels - was a bit tricky with an older man we traveled with last year but not an issue this year!! LL

Casa Ensueno was the perfect property for two family reunion/celebration. The setting was gorgeous, with a beautiful pool area and wonderful and spacious bedrooms. The house is comfortable and a perfect entertaining spot (a highlight of our stay was the night we had a chef in to cook dinner for 20). Other nights we easily obtained transportation into Cabo San Lucas. Bob and Allison where incredibly responsive and wonderful throughout the entire process. I couldn't recommend this home enough--we will definitely be going back!

I booked this home to celebrate a dear friend's milestone birthday. We were traveling from San Diego, a quick 2 hour flight to SJD. As soon as we entered the home, we knew we had chosen the right home for a relaxing girls' weekend. We were greeted with a delicious array of Mexican cuisine complete with pitchers of classic margaritas. Jorge, the caretaker, was there to go over the lay of the land and to assist with anything we may need during our stay. Margarita, the housekeeper, was wonderful as the daily maid service was definitely a bonus. The house is perfectly situated and just a stone's throw away to a swimming beach (little to no reef and easy shore break, depending on the time of year). The layout of the house is perfect for those who are early risers or night owls as the main living area is separated from the private bedrooms. Stunning views of the ocean from most bedrooms and the ocean breeze offered respite from the late afternoon temps. It was an epic weekend and a place we will definitely visit in the future. As one of the reviewers said, Viva Casa Ensueno!

Found my new south of the border shangrala. Nothing to do but enjoy the views and hang out. We ocean fished and caught several nice Roosters. Boats pick you up right at Palmilla. The Golf at Palmillas 27 holes the best. Place is comfort to the max. No reason to stay any where else.

The Casa Ensueno is truly a one of a kind getaway! No need to bring anything. This place is fully equipped for Fun! You will never have to leave compound! Viva Casa Ensueno!

This was our second stay at Casa Ensueno and it is absolutely our favorite place in San Jose Del Cabo. In our opinion, Palmilla is the most beautiful community around the area. The pictures reflect the house, and what is truly ideal is that the living area in the house has separate entrances from the bedrooms. So the early to bed, early to rise, late to bed, late to rise, are not disturbed by others in the kitchen and living area. However, the true beauty of this property is the outdoor living space, there is so much of it! It is the reason for visiting Cabo and this space allows you to stretch out and enjoy the pool, spa and Ocean. You will hear the waves crash and a quick trip down the back stairs puts you on the beach! A car is nice but not necessary, the property is centrally located and it is quick and inexpensive cab ride into San Jose for groceries, restaurants and pretty much anything else you need. Our 5 couples couldn't find a lot of reasons to leave this beautiful property. Housekeeping is provided every day which you do not often get with other house rentals. I look forward to more stays at Casa Ensueno.

Stayed at Casa Ensueno the 3rd week of August with our immediate family. Manager and housekeeper top notch! Very attentive. Owner response was immediate to all questions and concerns.
