Was a great location and cabin. Myself and the family enjoyed our time! My only complaints would first be the trash pick-up. We are supposed to get one pick-up while we are there and we had to request it the day before we left. Secondly the two things cleaning crew should have noticed which is one of the shower curtains was filled with mold and another room the toilet seat was off the hinges. Other than those few thing we were very pleased with our stay. :) Overall we'd recommend the property and stay again!

Needs to be a major cleaning first of all,whoever cleans. Some rotting wood on outside. We all made fine. Cockroaches are there not real bad yet but if it isn’t taken care of soon it will be. I wouldn’t want that particular cabin again. The picture on line are very old. Need to update.

So much to do and everything was close to where we were lot's of activities for the kids and adults tons of restaurants we will definitely be going back

This was our first time choosing a cabin in a Resort, but we were not disappointed!! Tranquil Times was a great Cabin for us! It was clean, well equipped and just so peaceful. The location was perfect and so convenient for any restaurants or attractions that we went to in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Only 4 dinner forks ! Not enough coffee makers for size of cabin. No steps for getting into hot tub Not the cleanest, Cobb webs throughout

The cabin is beatutiful spacious but we came wanting to enjoy the hot tub in cold weather it did not work We smelt sewer like when we walked in had to call maintenance they brought machines snaked toilets but did not work we had to spend 3 nights with the horrible smell bought candles to cover smell no very satisfied will not stay again unless we recieve word it has been rectified My husband's mom died the Sat morning we were there so we dealt with the situation

We loved the cabin and the location! We loved that there was enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. However, when we arrived there was a bad odor in the cabin.. almost like a sewage smell. We let the back door stay open for about an hour to air it out. Then we went out for the day and came home to the smell even worse (mainly on the lower level). I emailed the maintenance people and got a rude response and was offered a ozone machine to use when we leave the cabin. I was disappointed in the maintenance crew and the smell. They said they had someone come out for the smell before we checked in because the house keepers smelt it. The next day the thermostat stopped working on the main level. Overall the cabin was mostly clean. The sheets and pillow cases looked wrinkly and had some stains. There was trash in the woods all behind the cabin. The good of the property was the location, the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, the pool table, hot tub, kitchen fully stocked. I would stay here again if there was no smell and a better maintenance crew. Even a small discount or refund would’ve been nice since we had to stay out most of the day because of how bad the smell was. The owners were nice and easy to work with on booking, checking in, and communicating.

Perfect cabin for our family! Perfect location (close to everything) but still felt secluded. Quiet community. Plenty of parking .awesome open main floor.

The rental experience was easy and effortless. Looked up cabins that were suitable for our family. Very reasonable and affordable. Leisure Times is a beautiful cabin and was perfect for our family.

Overall this property was great! We have stayed at a lot of cabins over the years and this one ranks very high on the list when I check off all of the requirements for a great cabin. Thank you for making our family Thanksgiving so special.

We have been to Gatlinburg many times and this is the best property we have stayed in. Location near town but yet still has the mountain vibes. We will mostly definitely book here again.

Loved the location.it is close to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was big enough for us to carry in food and eat together. With 12 people, we found that was the way to go. Kids could go to the game room, and adults could converse in the living drinking room. Love that one deck as screened in. All rooms were big enough with plenty of bathrooms.

The location was perfect. Close enough to town but far enough to feel in the mountains. Owners kept communication open which I loved. Property was as listed. Beds were comfy. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for any meal option.

This property and the property owner were excellent. Cabin is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the cabin and the convenience of where it was located. Every where we went wasn’t more that 15 mins away from the cabin and that was greatly appreciated. The cabin was cosy and felt like home away from home. I’ll definitely recommend others to book here. I’ll definitely be looking to come back for another stay here
