The property was old, outdated, balcony faces concrete wall & basketball court, unit reeked of cigarette smoke , furniture was worn. Nothing to like about unit.

Nice furnishings and we'll decorated. VERY small with a strange layout. But our issues were with the condo building itself. Run down, smoke in hallways, and very noisy

The checkin process at this resort is odd, and finding the room without assistance would be extremely frustrating as there was no logic to the room numbers and floors. Luckily the security officer gave us directions. Would recommend a new table that could be used, I came for business and couldn't use the bar stools with the counter height able. The bed was extremely comfortable, and unit was clean.

You are right on the beach with just a short walk across the road which made this totally worth it. However, although the location to the beach is perfect, the location of the room itself in the hotel isn’t the greatest. We were right beside the basketball/tennis courts. Which would be fine, but man, teenagers are loud! I’m glad they were having a good time on vacation, but wasn’t the best for our honeymoon. Other than that the bed is a little tall, so if you’re kind of short just know you’ll have to do the hop into bed. But, the shower was huge and great! I also loved having a full little kitchen!

Everything was great except check in. Never seen a place that doesn’t get people in as rooms become available. At this place check in at 4:00 means 4:00. Walked up to the desk at 3:51. Had the wait till 4:00. Then had to wait in line 30 minutes to use the elevators because of the crowd. Seems the experience could have been less stressful on everyone with a little better management.

Nice room for tall people
The room was clean and comfortable except for the high bed and chairs. It was difficult to put on our socks and shoes. No hangars in the closet. Good overall value though.

Great getaway
We loved being on the first floor, because it’s the same level as the pool and sky view bridge to the beach! Room has efficient galley kitchen with small refrigerator that holds enough food for the week. We enjoyed sunrise breakfast on the terrace along with pre-dinner drinks. We were entertained with those playing basketball or paddle ball on parking deck across from room. Bed was comfortable and cozy with a large shower in bathroom. Our favorite thing was to start the day walking four or five miles down scenic drive along the beach front! Overall we had a great getaway, and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Cheap alternative with a cheap view
Terrible view, uncomfortable bed, constant smoke/weed smell in hallways, poor sound-proofing, woken io at 8 am by loud drilling/sawing/hammering next door, great beach access, very clean room and great bar staff

Was okay
It was okay for a one night stay but the room is right next to the basketball courts where you can hear kids play late at night. The condo building was very old, and needs to be updated. It was next to the beach but a very busy one and was pretty chaotic.

This was perfect resort for 2 ppl. Very short walk to beach. Located on the 2nd floor which was very convenient to all amenities. Lots of store and restaurants within walking distance.

Surfside Resort
My boyfriend & I traveled to Miramar Beach for a relaxing getaway & we received just that. The checkin & checkout process was a breeze. Our only issue was every time we tried to get in the pool or hot, it was always packed. Besides that, we truly enjoyed ourselves!!!

Good location, small quarters
My friend and I stayed in this studio to enjoy some beach time and the stay was pretty good. The studio size was big enough to be comfortable for 2 people and being on the floor above the lobby means you are on the same floor as the gym, restaurant, pool, and cross walk to the beach which made for easy access to everything! Only real downside was the balcony facing the basketball courts means your room isn’t private when changing and you can’t enjoy a view from your room. Either way, I think the price makes up for it and we really enjoyed our stay! Easy check in and out and ac worked great for those that sleep hot like me!

Overall happy with a few complaints
The location of the room is great, and love that you get a set of chairs already set up for you. The only negative i have is the bed could have been more comfortable (maybe time for a new mattress, and needs new pillows for sure. Also the room is right next to the basket ball court,gym, and parking garage so you hear everyone all hours of the night. Over all we were very happy and room was clean.

Amazing stay
The resort in general was amazing! The staff was friendly,answered any questions and tended to all our needs! The restaurant was very good, very friendly as well. Loved the heated pool and the beautiful walkway to the beach! This is definitely something to look forward to again !
