Great cottage, great amenities, easy check in

Cottage was great! The layout worked perfect for our family.

The house was absolutely perfect. From the spaciousness of the interior to the incredible front porch we were able to step away from the everyday stresses and just relax while feeling like we were at a 5star resort. The owners were amazing, incredibly responsive and even brought us chalk for our little ones to play with during our stay. Very thoughtful. We will absolutely be back

We had a wonderful stay in Wells. The cottage was adorable and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge bonus. Close to lots of restaurants and good beach spots!

We had a great week in Wells Maine. The cottage was comfortable, clean and cute. The AC was awesome since it was humid and very hot outside. Great time!

Overall we were impressed with the location of the house, amenities of the complex (outdoor showers, pool, gym room, hot tub, games room), the quietness and the set up of the rental space. We really appreciated the owner communication, the ease of arrival, friendliness of other renters and owners and staff, and the security measures in place upon entering/leaving the complex. That was all superb. We loved having the convenience of the washer and dryer especially with towels that needed to be washed after a day on the beach and kayaking the salt marshes. We found the cleanliness of the house in less than ideal condition upon arrival. This surprised us with a cleaning fee being part of the fees and the claim for enhanced cleaning procedures due to the Covid 19. We concluded the cleaning company had an "off' day? We found sand, dirt and dust on the floors, behind doors and under the beds, as well as door mats and baseboards throughout, used tissues under a bed, food debris on the underside of the trash barrel lid, and a not so clean sink, and fingerprints in numerous places (mirrors and microwave). In order for our family to fully enjoy our stay, we cleaned every inch of the space which allowed our vacation to start well. Upon our10am departure after our weeks stay, and despite being charged the cleaning fee, and knowing the cleaning company was coming in after we departed, we left the house in a manner we had hoped to originally find.

Gute Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Fahrzeug erforderlich.

This cottage was just what my family’s wanted for a Maine vacation. It was very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The owner and property staff made everything easy.

The property comes as advertised or described. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Well equipped and stocked. Owner is very responsive and communicative. Answered all our questions. Nice pool and game room. Staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience.

We had a great stay in Wells for a short trip. Accomodations were good. AC is only in the main living area but we were comfortable our first night running it and it did cool the bedrooms. If it were super hot - not sure though. Kitchen was fully stocked... we didn't use it. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. There were some left over supplies for shampoo and soap from Disney.. So make sure you bring your own. Also watch out for some poison ivy on the ground covering near the parking in front of the cottage. Weather was rainy so we did not take advantage of the pool or hot tub area, but it did look nice. Owner was very response to our last minute reservations! We would stay again.

We spent a week in the cottage and it was perfect for us. The cottage is well located for exploring the area. We had good WiFi for our entire stay after rebooting the system on the first night. The kitchen is lovely, and has everything you need. Bathroom and bedroom were comfortable and clean. If you are flying to the area, as we did, and can't easily pack paper goods and larger items, I would recommend a quick stop at the grocery store on the way in for the basics. We used the grill and it worked well. I certainly recommend this property and the area.

The house was cute and very comfortable the only thing I would recommend is that there be a table and chairs out side for everyone to sit at and maybe eat dinner ... also some lights around the property it is very dark can’t see where you are driving or walking at night

The cottage was well put together with everything functional. It was in a great location with a forest background. The leaves were starting to turn. Beautifull!

The property was very clean, with nice communal facilities, and the layout of the cabin would be very comfortable to share with more adults (We only had 2). The only hitch was getting in after dark, the cabin numbers aren't grouped exactly in number order and they aren't lit up on the actual cabins so it was difficult to find the correct one - a map and/or detailed description would be helpful for future renters. We would absolutely stay here again.

The cottage was nicely furnished with the comfort of feeling like home. The pool and hot tub were a great way to wind down at the end of the day! Our stay was excellent!

Always enjoy spending time at Beach Dreams cottages. My grandsons loved going to the beach and coming back to the pool. The bunk beds were also a new experience and they loved them. Only negative is that we had a few ants and bugs but it wasn't that bad. Would definitely rent this property again.

The cottage was super cute and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Nice quiet location and close to the pool. We enjoyed the extra privacy of this cottage as oppposed to the placement of other units nearby. It was just a short drive to the beach as well. Definitely worth coming back!

This place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway with some friends. It was convenient and easy to check in and out. My only complaint is that I did not realize that there were no linens until the day of arrival so I was scrambling a bit to find towels and sheets for 6 people from out of town- so be aware that you will need to bring your own. The kitchen was perfect, however. We did not get to check out the pool, but it looked nice as well.

My family & I had an awesome time staying in this updated & clean cottage. It was perfect for our family needs of having an 11 year old & toddler. The bedroom with the bunk beds was large enough to fit our daughter's pack n play. My son said the bed was extremely comfortable. My husband & I liked having the ceiling fan in the other bedroom. It was extremely convenient to have the washer & dryer. The community of Beach Dreams were friendly. We enjoyed the use of the pool, kiddie pool & hot tub. It was nice to go for walks & bike rides. We always felt safe while on the property. The cottage is close to everything & there is so much to do for a family around the area. The owner of the cottage was extremely easy to work with & got back to us quickly through email communication. We would highly recommend a family to stay here & enjoy a vacation in the great state of Maine!

We had a very good time in a beautiful home. A peaceful place with pool, spa and basketball court. We went to the beach by walk, in about 15 minutes. The home had all we can need and each person had his bedroom with the sun room that we can isolate with curtain and door. On a eu un très bon temps dans une très belle maison. Un domaine très calme avec une piscine, spa et terrain de basketball. On a été à la plage en marchant, d'une durée de 15 minutes. La maison a tout ce qu'on a besoin et chaque personne avait sa chambre avec le solarium qu'on peut isoler à l'aide d'une porte patio et d'un rideau, très pratique. La maison est un peu à l'ombre ce qui est très efficace quand il fait hyper chaud, comme lors de notre séjour.
