Nice 2 bedroom villa with golf cart. Located in a nice neighborhood. All the amenities you might need. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Has keurig coffee maker in case you want to bring your favorite pod coffee. Stop by one of the stores for any food or snacks you might want. Only minor critiques are that the master bedroom bed is a bit squeaky and would like to have more TV channels but we were rarely there since there is so many things to do in the Villages. Would happily stay here again.

Have wanted to check out The Villages for several years. The place met our expectations. Neighbors were friendly and very helpful in answering questions about the area. Great area to stay and get to the attractions.

Everything was nice. Better vacuuming would eliminate the criticism. My daughter and her children stayed at the home. She is a warehouse manager in Wilmington, NC, and also a VRBO house cleaner on weekends.

The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Great price for this rental. Cable box for bedroom tv did not work. The owner called me and tried to get it repaired. Convenient to entertainment and shopping. Had a wonderful stay!

Great price, great location, awesome cart to use while there, check in easy and nice size for small family. Concerns: the livingroom furniture (couches) need updated; my son went to look under the cushion and we found smoked cigarette butts and it was dirty, we found a dirty wash cloth, someone elses hair in the shower drain in left bedroom, and the small kitchen table where place mats are were observed being dirty/not wiped off. Cleaning company needs to be fired.

We had a good time in the villages as always! enjoyed our short stay at 1616 Allendale The Home fit our needs and was very close to our parents and Very convenient. Only suggestion would be To replace the sheets in the spare bedroom they were balled Perhaps from age and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a very nice stay thank you very much we would like to come back again sometime!

This was perfect for all of our needs! Lots of space and very clean. Close to sumter landing town square. I felt safe in the house and relaxed! Owner and manager are great people.

Overall it was fine for what we needed. But I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the villa. Bugs on the floor, past guests tolietries were in the shower, trash left in the gargage in bags, dirt on the floors.

This is a very cute and charming home. It has everything you need tor a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed this house. It was super clean and quiet. Check in was as easy it it gets. It allowed us all to come together as a family and make final arrangements for our father. Couldn't have been better. Thank you.

Everything was great - The only piece I would like to see improved upon is having the guest passes available upon arrival so we could use the amenities. With only being there 2 days we wasted a whole day not being able to use the pools.

Comfortable property that had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, coffee and staples along with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Check in and out was easy. The only issue with check-in was that we didn't know the security gate code but then we discovered while waiting for it that it didn't require a code. Once we got to the property everything else was easy. The house was generally clean. The issue there was some hair in the bathroom floors. There were also empty travel bottles of personal care items left in the shower. My suggestion for this would be to get rid of the throw rugs in the bathrooms and replace them with bath mats that would be laundered with the towels since those rugs make the bathroom floors hard to rid of hair. Beds were just OK. We found the master bed to be very firm and the mattress pad made a crinkle sound when anyone moved. Overall the house worked great for us and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottles of water and snacks left for us. It was also great to have filtered water for the house. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a nice home. The furniture and décor is like that of grandma and grandpa's house but that is part of the charm and makes it feel warm and cozy. It is clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

Owner David Belfatti is an excellent, generous, considerate host. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The map of The Villages showed the routes for the golf carts. Furnishings were clean, comfortable, and in good taste. The information notebook was helpful and contained very interesting details about The Villages. We hope to rent this Villa again.

The home was very clean and nicely furnished. They supplied everything needed for a pleasant stay. It's very convenient. It was 3 minutes from the St Charles pool.
