Good location. Not far from attractions. Cabin was as advertised. (I only wish there had been an elevator or lift for the number of floors.)

The cabin was clean and very nice. All of the kids (including the big kids) had something to do and everyone enjoyed themselves.

There were a few minor things . But over all it was an awesome weekend

Property manager was great to work with during our stay when several things were down. The motor in HVAC had to be replaced during our stay. Hot tub was out due to a motor being out. Propane for gas grill was empty. Things were replaced, but these inconveniences could have been taken care of before our date of check in. Housekeeping could be checked before guests checking in, but the best cleanliness. Trash was left under beds. Out of any one’s control, there was a fraternity party going on during the weekend of our stay and the noise was out of control. Sevier County deputies did tell us about a noise ordinance and told us to let the property manager know to communicate with other managers close by. Our family enjoyed the amenities inside the cabin and had a great time. Just a few minor inconvenience during our stay.

This property was EVERYTHING it was advertised to be!!!!!! The house was clean and spotless. Questions were answered promptly by the owner and we were even allowed to check in almost two hours early ☺️☺️☺️

This property is great for a big group. Almost every bedroom has a bathroom in it. We had 20 people and it was very comfortable with no one needing to sleep on a sofa sleeper. The property is nice, but it wasn’t quite as clean as we would like and could use some updating on the furniture and decor. The couches and bed coverings were pretty old. Also, the layout could cause some problems for people with young children since there are so many stairs and no baby gates. We were fine since we only had one 3 year old to keep up with, but it’s something to consider. There could definitely have been some more towels and wash cloths too. We had a water leak issue during our stay, but we alerted the property manager and she was attentive to it. None of our things were damaged. Overall, our trip was great and we were mostly pleased with the house.

Spent 5 days with 17 family members from 4 to 70. Had plenty of room. The pool, games and theater were a big hit and kept the kids busy. Location was great - close to all the attractions. Owner responded quickly to resupply empty propane tanks. House in need of some updates but nothing that affected our stay. Owner may want to rethink their cleaning crew as cleanliness was an issue.

My family spent a week in this cabin to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. My husband and I, my mother, our two children and their spouses, and seven grandchildren ages 5-16 years. We had so much room, no one got in anyone’s way. Even in the kitchen - it’s so huge we could ALL be in it cooking and eating and had plenty of space. The kids LOVED having the indoor pool! What a bonus. At no time did we hear “I’m bored” from any child! Great place!

Trip was great to just be with our family. That would be why we could overlook a few things with the property. Hosts were very responsive to questions, which was nice. The downside of the property, which didn’t stop our family from having quality family time. Just things to be aware of, and hopefully hosts can correct. There is a lot of damaged or missing household utensils. The place needs a new cleaning crew. Pool area cob webs and dirt in all window areas. Carpeting downstairs needs to be removed or cleaned thoroughly. Lots of stains on it. Bathrooms needed a better clean as well. If you are hoping for a Mountain View, there is nothing at the cabin. Trees are covering every deck and window. However, walk up the street a bit and it’s beautiful to see and very high up. Again, overall a great family trip just hope the hosts can take care of a few cleaning issues for the future guests.

The cabin was just the right size for the amount of people that stayed. While it was in overall good shape, it was not as clean as I feel it should have been. We had to get bugs out of the pool before we could use it. But otherwise, we had a great weekend and enjoyed it very much.

The cabin was awesome and spacious. The pool was perfect for everyone. Location was great for everything we wanted to do. I would recommend this cabin.

There were 18 of us with the youngest being 3. Everyone enjoyed the cabin. The swimming pool was a huge success! It was also very secure with different codes and a key. There were just a few small issues that we communicated to the owner. Also maybe the cleaning crew could do a little better but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The location is very close to the city but also high enough to have beautiful views from the balcony. Plenty room. Plenty games, pool, other fun things to do. Everything was clean and nice. A perfect weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay, we had 20 people ranging in age from six months all on up to adults. The young kids really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub was a favorite with the young adults. They also hooked up their Xbox to theatre system and had a blast. The pool table and vintage video games were a hit also. There was plenty of room for everyone, even at the kitchen table when playing board games. If you plan to cook for your group bring mixing bowls, can opener, and oven pads. Unfortunately we had to do without as the kitchen did not stock these basic items. There were are few maintenance issues as well, the diswasher kept falling forward when loaded like it was coming out of the cabinet, the silverware drawer had issues as well. The grill did not work either, we had it on for 30 and it never got beyond 185 degrees. All in all it was a great stay.

Property was very close to local attractions and family had a great time. Cabin needs a little TLC, but nothing that would stop me from staying there again.

We had a group of 18 and stayed 3 nights/4 days. Location was great and the cabin was beautiful! We had an issue with the heat of the pool, but they sent someone out to fix it right away. Our only issue was the overall cleanliness of the cabin. I did inform the owners that they needed to check up on whoever they have cleaning and I feel like they were concerned and will attempt to correct the issue. Our family really made some good memories on this Christmas trip!

Great location for a family mini-vacation.

We decided to do a long weekend with my mom’s entire family this weekend. There was 21 of us in all. We had a great time. The property was not clean upon arrival. We did have to contact the owner. She refunded our cleaning fee and gave us a little more of a discount. We had a great time and appreciated being compensated for the uncleanliness.

The cabin was a great place for so many people! But the cleanliness was lacking and a few items that needed repair like the dishwasher coming out from under the countertop. One coffeepot did not work and spider webs in corners of several rooms.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary at Splash Buck Cinema 2017 and everyone wanted to return to Splash Buck Cinema to celebrate our 55th. There was room for 4 generations and no matter the age, each person enjoyed the stay and all that was available for entertainment within the home as well as the activities that were available close by. The owner, Tari Furey was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. She has assured safety measures with the pool, the expanded kitchen (double kitchen) was great to work in and there was plenty for storage for food and supplies. The view from the decks on every floor was amazing. The family is already talking about celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary and Splash Buck or retuning sooner. Jane from Ohio

The property is in a beautiful location and easily accessible to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and Smoky Mountain National Park. We had a wide variety of ages (6-84) and were able to find activities that everyone could enjoy. The property owner was extremely responsive when we had a need or question. We would recommend this property for large family groups such as ours enjoying a family reunion time.

Wonderful and quick response from the owners, overall had a great experience

We spent five nights at Splash Buck Cinema Cabin, Accommodated 22 of us comfortably. Pool area is larger than appears on the Vrbo photos. Theatre worked perfectly, with access to many streaming services. Adequate parking for our large group. AC was not working upon arrival. Owner sent HVAC man. The air flow of the AC unit was not adequate to cool the cabin. The Ac was unrepairable at that time and previously disclosed to owner. Owner sent out two fans. Rainstorm caused rain into three levels in three bedrooms. Previous personal belongings and food were found under beds and furniture. Questionable if covid cleaning practices were followed as described on web site.
