We stayed at the home for my daughter’s birthday with family and friends. Everything about the house is perfect and the weather cooperated as well. Even if the weather had been awful the house would have provided a perfect respite. Cannot say enough good things about the home or the owners who provided for every possible need!

Our extended family, adult children, their spouses, our 7 grandchildren and my niece had a wonderful stay at this house.
The water view and access to the lake were very special. Everyone loved the pool and the ocean beaches were very close by. I particularly liked that all of us could have a seat at the dinner table at the same time whether we chose to eat in doors or outside on the deck. The kitchen was roomy and accommodated multiple cooks at the same time. We also enjoyed our ping pong games in the evening. Grandkids enjoyed the two bunk rooms. Great house in a convenient location. Montauk has lots to offer. We look forward to our next stay here!

The home surpassed my expectations, offering ample space for everyone to enjoy. Its great location added to the overall experience. We were delighted with how accurately the photos represented the property, and everything was clean.
I wish we took better advantage of the lake access. In the future if I rented on the lake I would bring life jackets
The beautiful and peaceful surroundings, complemented by the stunning view and lawn for kids to play, along with a lovely pool, made it an ideal location for our family of 14.
The beds were comfortable, and everyone in our group commented on their coziness.
The property manager was also responsive.
While there could be some updates, such as adding more plates and bowls, and refreshing the towels, it did not hinder our overall experience.
It's also worth noting that one of the master bedrooms and the trundle bed are located in the basement which I didn't realize
The spacious lawn was perfect for both kids and dogs to play, making it a great family-friendly retreat.
Despite those minor points, the home still offers a full set of amenities that few rentals can match. We enjoyed our time here

The house was clean, on a beautiful piece of property in a perfect location. We had 15 people ranging in ages from 8-79 and everyone was happy. The ease of booking and communication could not be beat. We are looking for a reason to come back!

Absolutely Lovely home with incredible Host
We came during the off season, but still had the best time with the kids and grandparents. The house is perfect, the view all around the house is epic. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating. When I say the house is beautiful, it’s an understatement. My parents loved waking up to the gorgeous view. The kids loved the bunk beds and ping pong table. And there were so many beaches and hikes nearby that we had an amazing nature filled week. I’ve never said this about a house rental but the beds were sooooooo comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you Tabitha and Erin for everything!!

Perfect Winter / Holiday
The home far exceeded our expectations. Such a great space for our family to celebrate Christmas. Well stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs. Plenty of space to spread out and have personal / quiet time. Kids were able to nap with no need for rest of house to reduce noise. Very comfortable. Great location. Tabitha and Erin were both so kind and helpful!

Amazing Montauk Memories!
This home is absolutely stunning, right on lake Montauk with a very Hamptons feel and spacious enough for our family of 12. We loved our stay here and hope to be back again soon. The lawn is perfect for kids and/or dogs. Although off season, the pool was just breathtaking to look at. I would highly recommend this place.

Fabulous Stay.
The home is in a perfect location, beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous pool and spectacular sunsets. Tabitha the property manager was extremely responsive to any question or request. We had a great stay with my family. We surfed every morning and had a small boat on lake Montauk. It was a perfect vacation. Thanks so much.

Wonderful vacation property for multiple families
Property manager was very responsive. Location was beautiful, peaceful, gorgeous views, big lawn for kids to run around, beautiful pool.
Comfortable beds.
Lots of space
Towels and some cooking equipment could use some updating but all fine. The kids loved the multiple bunk beds so they could all sleep together and I liked having them just across the hall. One master is in the basement so just something to be aware of that it doesn’t have a view. Other 2 masters have amazing views.

Memorial Day Weekend
All around great property - location, amenities, cleanliness! It is a higher end listing, with beautiful views out to Montauk Lake and an infinity pool for those that like to relax around the home. It is located in a quieter neighborhood about a 5 minute drive into town. Definitely recommend and hope to rebook soon!

The perfect getaway
This rental is definitely high-end. It's spotless, comfortable and the view is superb. Everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. The infinity pool is stunning, though a little chilly for May swimming. The lounge chairs but the pool and the beach towels supplied at the house were perfect. It has everything you could possibly need and the steam shower in the en suite is an amazing experience. My skin is glowing. This is our second time renting and I'm sure not our last. We had teenagers with us so the basement with the bedroom, bathroom, ping pong table, and video games kept them down there and happy. Not too many rentals out there that offer everything that this house does.

So lovely
Beautiful spot with gorgeous light even on rainy days. Close enough to yummy food, coffee and the beach without being anywhere near traffic and crowds. Perfect, quiet spot to rest and relax!

Perfect Getaway
This home was gorgeous. Tabitha made it an easy decision with great up front communication. When we arrived at the home, we were immediately impressed. My husband was actually speechless. We were there in the off season so the pool wasn’t opened so I cannot speak for that part of the home. The rooms were large and neatly kept. It smelled freshly cleaned and sanitized. Plenty of space for 3 more families (which we intend to come back in the future with). Living space/kitchen is large and has an amazing view. Kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. Location is perfect, on the lake, close to town and lots of hiking all around. If you are going back and forth on this one, it is really a no brainer. Thank you for a wonderful stay at a much needed time for our family. Cannot wait to visit again soon.

Great House!
Booking was a very seamless process! When arriving, the house was in great shape and was exactly as described. Went during the winter (March) so didn’t get to enjoy all the benefits of the house (ie pool) but could only imagine it being even better. Thanks again hope to stay again soon!

Birthday Weekend Getaway & Dinner Party
Rented the property to get out of town for a weekend to celebrate my birthday with my nearest and dearest. Hired a private chef to do a private dinner party in house and it turned out great. Kitchen was large enough to accommodate the chef and staff and the bedrooms were great for all of my guests. Nothing beat the view from the balcony though. Absolutely gorgeous.

Weekend Trip to Montauk
Overall, the lakefront property in Montauk was amazing. Clean rooms, amazing views, infinity pool, and ample parking for my party of 12. Everyone had their own bed, and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only critique would be the cook wear was definitely old, overused, and dirty; bring your own if you can. Also, there was no fire extinguisher on the property; a big safety hazard for cooking and an active fireplace! Notified the property manager, but there was none to be found. Overall, I would recommend this property.

4th of July Week - Family vacation
This house and property are just gorgeous! The home was very clean, the view are spectacular, the pool is perfect! Our family included 2 high school kids and 2 college kids (hard to please group) and they loved absolutely loved this house! There are quality SUP boards which they used on the lake every single day, a large yard area for playing ball games, and a ping-pong table in the basement.
Home owner was immediately responsive when we had a question. Thank you so much for a memorable vacation!

Perfect getaway
I rented this property for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect. The house fit 15 of us comfortable and exceeded expectations. The house is in a secluded location on lake montauk but only a 5 minute drive from the center of town. Erin was also very communicative and so easy to work with. Don’t hesitate- book this gem, you won’t regret it!

To the owner --please do answer your phone when some rented ur house. She was not available over the phone only once she answer. If you think to rent this please take ur accessory with u because she does not have no soap, no soap etc only lots of towel and bedding is available. We loved this place its beautiful view. Please change ur living-room carpet and fix heater in the basement.

Wonderful weekend on Montauk Lake
Just spent a long weekend here with 12 people. This home is beautiful. The location is fabulous. The two master bedrooms with sliding doors onto the pool deck...ahh...so nice! Heated infinity pool is amazing, overlooking the lake. Doesn't get much better than this. Paddle boards are available to use, and was great on the lake. Main level had open floor plan. Kitchen is amazing, and well stocked! Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful. I think our bathroom was bigger than my daughter's bedroom in manhattan.lol. Communication with Owner was very good, and the paperwork that we got with information on the house was just perfect. The bedroom pillows, and bath towels can use a refresh....but that's it. Will totally try and come back here. And will recommend this to anyone! Thank you Erin!!

Gorgeous house with amazing views!
For the second year in a row we rented this home, it does not disappoint! Clean, updated, awesome pool and plenty of room for many guests. Close to great restaurants and beaches! We buy a seasons pass for the beach and it allows us to park at many of the town lots. It’s the perfect vacation home and we very much enjoyed our stay! Hoping to make next year number 3!

BEAUTIFUL home!!
We were in town for a family wedding and wanted a large home to have all the cousins together. The house is even more beautiful in person! We were pleasantly surprised by the number of beds.
