We loved our condo. The owner was lovely to work with and the property was very clean, impeccably decorated. We loved the beach view, the cleanliness of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at tropic winds, it was everything advertised. Excellent amenities, friendly staff. We stayed in unit 1509 and the owner had all items well stocked. We never had to go out for the small items needed. The unit was extremely well decorated and comfortable, we are already planning on coming back.

We can't say enough about our stay at Tropic Winds. Alwayswalk in to an extremely clean home away from home. The condo has everything you need. The view is beautiful. Stores are not far. If you want to eat out, there are plenty of restaurants. If you want to eat in on the balcony, watching the sunset, you can pick up some fresh seafood and cook up a nice meal. Coming back to Tropic Winds condo for the second time was just as nice as the time before. The condo is very nice and accommodated our ladies getaway perfectly. The decor is soothing, the beds are so comfy, beach towels were nice to have available along with the beach chairs. Love the fact the beach is so close to the building. Gary takes the upmost concern and pride in making his condo inviting and top notch. He was very kind to continue to work with us as Covid had pushed our plans week by week further into May. This is definitely a condo you can book with confidence, knowing they have thought of everything for a nice relaxing time at the Emerald Coast. We are looking forward to our next trip back. Places we enjoyed dining were Captain Anderson's, Thomas Donuts, Saltwater Grill and Firefly.

If you’re looking for a great updated condo with all the essentials, this condo is a great place to be! My 3 sons and I came here for an impromptu vacation and Gary accommodated us with everything we could possibly want or need. The condo was very clean and well maintained. He had several beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels for us to use. The kitchen was completely stocked and there were also plenty of towels, toiletries and anything else you may forget to bring from home. The pool was well maintained, and the beach was beautiful. I highly recommend this unit, and my family hopes to be back again someday.

The condo was exquisitely decorated and very clean. I felt as if we were in a 5 Star hotel. Had everything we needed, plus. Beds were comfortable which is very important. Ocean sounds were wonderful. All the furniture, inside and on balcony, was beautiful. It wasn't snowing!!! Owner was extremely easy to work with. We will not hesitate to come back. We will not hesitate to make referrals to this owner.

The property was beautiful! The condo was gorgeous! We were all so impressed with it! Everyone that we met including was staff were so nice! The weather was perfect so that was just like icing on the cake! We would love to visit and stay here again!!! Thank you so much!

This condo was excellent. Security presence was apparent, even during a pretty bad storm. They allow only one car to park in the garage and be sure to put your parking hanger so that security can see it or they will leave you a note on your windshield. Additional parking requires a small fee and is across the street. We didn't get to use the fitness room, sauna or steam room since they were closed due to the Corona Virus lockdown, but we did use the hot tub several times. It is huge, hot, and clean. The pool was too cold, so it would be nice if they kept it heated through April. We couldn't get the gas grills to work, but we probably were not doing it right. They have gas and charcoal grills for use near the hot tub area. There is even a grassy area for the owners to take their dogs to poop. Guests can't bring dogs or smoke, which suited me just fine. They thought of pretty much everything. The balcony was huge and we loved that it was a corner unit allowing for a better view. The only thing the kitchen was missing was a broiler pan and a turkey baster, but had just about everything needed. There is a Winn Dixie a couple of miles down the road that had our food for the weekend. We walked almost to the pier one night, so it is really close to Pier Park. The building howls if the wind gets really high so don't be surprised if that happens. We had tornado warnings that day with super strong winds. The bathrooms are really nice and the master shower was incredible with a bench and three different shower heads. I want a rain shower head for my house now. They provided shampoo and conditioner in addition to a welcome bag full of useful items like hand sanitizer and sunscreen. The laundry room has full sized washer and dryer along with enough detergent to last a week. They have beach chairs, beach towels, floatation toys and such that can be used on the beach. The master has a king bed and the guest room has two full (or were they queen?) beds in them that would comfortably sleep 4 people. Large screen TVs were nice and the furniture was very comfortable. I would stay at this condo in a heartbeat again. The owner is super flexible and communicates well. I would highly recommend this condo to all my friends and family.

This is our 2nd year staying at Tropic Winds. We love the corner balcony because it gives you a great view of the sunset and a larger view of the ocean. The condo is amazing, very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable and the shower is the master bath is awesome! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend!

This is our third time staying in one of Gary’s condos and it was perfect as usual! The owner is wonderful to work with, the condo upgrades are amazing and it was spotless! The weather was not the greatest but luckily we had a great place to relax. We hope to return next year!

Great location

We had 4 members of our family in this unit, and although everyone was impressed with the decorations and cleanliness, the view on the balcony was spectacular! Would highly recommend staying here!

Rental process smooth. Owner very responsive. Unit is graeat; well appointed, furnished and equipped. Perfect for family or grownup get away. Far enough from downtown for quiet relaxation, but close enough to get to the hot spots.
