Was very nice for the owner to give us a walk through. The unit was well equipped. Plenty of comfortable seating. Close proximity to the pool and the grocery store. Lots of great outdoor activities to participate in. Took the Loop Road and saw plenty of Alligators. A great place to go to appreciate Florida nature. Would love to stay again!

Lovely location to enjoy everything the Everglades area has to offer: hiking, boating, birdwatching, watching the sunrise over the water, and in easy walking distance from anyplace you want to go in Everglades City!

Loved this little place. Perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed plus extra. The only thing I wished it had was a grill. Owner had all information beforehand so all we had to do is unlock the door and make ourselves at home.

very nice and clean place to stay . parking was difficult because our boat wouldn't fit under the villa. need lights and outlets under the villa to plug boat in. plenty of room inside the villa, bed very comfortable. love you can clean your boat when done fishing. would love to stay again.

Property Manager made checkin and checkout process quick and simple. She responded immediately to fix internet issue. Had a deck with view of the water that was very pleasant. The property was super clean and in great condition.

The villa was perfect for our stay. We spent our time exploring the area to decide if we would choose to spend our winters there. We love the area! The villa could use a new sofa and outdoor furniture. That would be the only suggestion I would make.

Quiet, beautiful view of the lake, kitchen well stocked, perfect base for exploring Everglades.

Couldn't ask for a more helpful & nicer person than Debbie. Location was incredible, with views of the pool and water. The apartment was exceptional. Great & comfortable bed. To top it off, all other people in the complex were very nice & friendly. Can't wait to go back!

My oldest Son and I had a great week of fishing and Father-Son time in Everglades city. This property was just the right thing to give us quick access to the waters as well as convenient to basic shopping. Will definitely keep this one on the radar for future use.

This condo was just the right level of comfortable accommodation to enjoy the tranquility of the Glades. Outside deck overlooking the water was even better than we had imagined! The trip wouldn’t have been complete without fishing with Captain Bob. We will definitely be back!

This is our return trip and this year we stayed for 2 weeks! Beautiful sunrises right from your deck! Part of the deck is screened in with table and chairs and we always eat on the porch as it is so relaxing out there. The complex sprays for mosquitos so we never saw one while we were there. The heated pool is awesome and well kept. They checked the water every day for balance and it is crystal clear! You won’t be sorry if you book this unit. We hope to make it down next winter too!

Enjoyed our stay

Our first time renting such a property so we have no comparison and would therefore rate 4 and half stars - we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights and definitely recommend as a base in the fascinating Everglades. Probably the best location in the area, right on the lakeside and just yards from the pool. Unusually, the property is exactly as described and per the website photos which is a bonus! It's pretty well stocked for self catering although we would have liked some ovenproof casserole dishes for cooking. We've deducted half star to reflect the age of some of the cooking equipment, lack of bedside cabinets) & perhaps some redecoration may be due soon (though, as said, we have no comparison). There are 2 small stores nearby but the nearest large stores and liquor stores are almost 50 miles away when coming from the south or outside Naples to the north, so we recommend stocking up early. There are lots of places to book activities - we were delighted with our 3 in one combo trip with Captain Jack (mangrove & grassland airboat and swamp buggy) but we don't like the style of animal sanctuary or gator show (very Victorian by UK standards). We didn't need to book in advance low season (even for Memorial weekend). Several restaurants & cafes nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay, thank you.

This was our first trip to Everglades City and we enjoyed four nights at Deborah's condo. She is a very accommodating host and the rental suited us perfectly. Lots of room, all the conveniences we needed in a very comfortable unt. Great location to see the sights in the area. Highly recommend.

Villa is perfect size for a couple. Definitely can cook in the kitchen. The place was clean and had everything you would need. Captain Bob gave us a super experience fishing in the 10,000 islands. I would return to this villa and recommend the hosts. We could relax. It was quiet. Nice view of water.

The cottage was spotless and and had everything we needed and more! We loved eating and relaxing on the screened porch and the pool was just steps away! Owner was very nice and the whole process from reservation to checkout was flawless! I would highly recommend this villa for a stay in Everglades City! We hope to be back soon!

Our villa was very nice. Comfortable and close to sight see everything in the Everglades National Park. Everglades City is a quiet, easy city on a island. I would recommend going to the city museum to learn a little about the city and it’s origins. The Villa is simple, clean and comfortable for two people. We used the the pool and laundry room which was very convenient. We also used the kitchen, cooked several meals easily. We took a drive to Marco to get groceries. Just a lightly stocked store nearby. Everglades city is very nice, we will diffenately return.

Absolutely fantastic small villa. If your looking for a quiet relaxing home from home away from the bustle of every day life then this is the place for you. Small and comfortable the villa is a great size for a couple or at max 4 people. Immaculately clean and tidy it has all the things you need for a great stay just as described on the web site. The screened area is great to sit and relax and the heated pool just outside the door is great.The dock area is great for fishing or just watching the wildlife and boats glide by. There is a full conveniance store just across the road and a great sit in or take away restaurant (The Island Cafe) just down the road for a great Breakfast,Lunch or Dinner. Deborah was great took the time to meet up on our arrival to make sure we had all we needed for our stay. Truly could not fault this little gem. It's a great base to relax or roam the Everglades and We can't wait to return. Eddie and Sharon (Scotland)

The condo was beautiful. It worked out really well for our family, even though it was on the 3rd floor, which was a bit much sometimes for my 90 year old dad. The pool was wonderful, great that it was heated. The kitchen had anything you might need. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Spent 8 days snook fishing the back country and was a nice condo to come back to relax. Gas station, grocery store, tackle shop, boat ramp, and restaurants are all a short walk from the well equipped condo.

The condo was perfect for my son and me. It only has one bedroom but the fold out couch served us well as a second bed. The apartment isn't new, nor are the fixtures, but they were functional and clean. This was one of, if not the cleanest rentals I've seen. It was great for a couple of weekend bachelors to use for a fishing headquarters, and a place to collapse after 15 to 18 hour days of fishing. The screened porch came in handy as a bug free place to unwind at night with our favorite beverage. I would recommend this condo to others. It isn't fancy but more than serviceable. BTW - we drove to everglades park, about 10 min away. While there we saw a Florida Panther.
