Katy’s place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Sitka. Our son lives here and we have visited many times. This place is by far the best equipped and most convenient. We cooked several meals here and everything we needed. The next time we visit Sitka, this will definitely be our first choice.

Great centralized condo in the heart of town. Very clean, comfortable and roomy condo with nice view. Just the ticket for my recent fishing trip which was close to the marina. Hope to visit and stay here again with my wife so that she can enjoy Sitka like I did.

It was so lovely and peaceful. The place was perfect. We slept so soundly on those comfy beds.

The listing is as advertised and check in/out was a breeze. If you are visiting for a few days without a car this would be a good option for you. Owners were timely with their communication.

We loved being right downtown, but it was still quiet. The view out of the two picture windows was great!

Great central location. It is a full apartment with two bedrooms so there is lots of room. Katy was easy to deal with re arrival and departure times.

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for a week. It was just the right size and you can't beat the location if you want to be in the downtown Sitka area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated that the building was quiet too - never heard hallway noise or people in other rooms. Highling recommend this apartment. The hosts are there for you if you need them - easy to contact. We had a great experience.

I stayed in the Lincoln street apartment for the month of June. The location is perfect - right downtown and walking distance to everything - restaurants, coffee shops and sights. It is right across the street from the public library in Sitka which is a real gem as well as Yellow Jersey Bike shop where you can rent bikes for the week or month - no car needed! Katy and Jack were easy to work with and her response time on the few questions I had was great.

Very comfortable and clean apartment centrally located. Was able to walk to many attractions and school events. A coffee shop is optimally located downstairs in the same building. The bedrooms are separated by a partition type of wall, so not 100% private, but are very spacious and nice for families. Have stayed here a few times and it's always been a good experience.

Great location downtown. Spacious apartment with large windows for great view and bright interior. Everything you need in the kitchen. A little noisy on Friday and Saturday night, but the beds were comfortable, hot water was plenty hot, and it was an all around great place to stay.

Perfect location! Apartment was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of mountains. Convenient laundry. Neighbor did play music a little loudly a few nights, but stopped by 11p. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Very comfy sheets! Would definitely stay here again or at any of this owners properties! We loved Sitka!

I found it hard to get comfortable in the family room. Two couches without a comfortable sitting chair made for some restless moments. Direct T.V. choices were terrible, but I get it. Saving money is important for the proprietor.

This accommodation was great for us. We did not have a car, so the central location was perfect. Sitka is very compact and walkable, and our location right in the middle of downtown made it very easy to get groceries, eat in restaurants (including the one in the basement of the building), and just wander around to experience the ambience of the town and the harbour. The apartment was extremely comfortable and homely. It wasn't 'flashy', but everything you could need was provided, and it was a great place in which to relax after full days of experiencing all that Sitka has to offer. Katy was great to deal with - really responsive - and we really appreciated her flexibility with check-in and check-out times. We really liked this accommodation, and recommend it very highly.
