Perfect location close to the West Lake (20 minutes walk, or a few minutes by taxi), to a shopping street with traditional flair and a street with lots of restaurants (both just 3 to 5 minutes walk). Din'an road subway station is also just a 10 minutes walk away.

The paint in the shower already came off at some spots. Probably the wrong paint was used. There were so many buttons for different lights, it was not always clear which button had which effect.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the West Lake Scenic Area, so an easy walk to the lake. It's also a short walk from a metro station and is therefore easy to get to. Given the location and size of the room, I think this hotel offers great value for money. I liked the interesting décor in my room - it's nice to stay in a hotel room that doesn't look like every other hotel room. I had everything I needed, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were also friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Not a negative - just a suggestion. Both the kettle and toilet in the room were quite high tech - it would be useful for those of us who have limited Chinese to have a translation of all the instructions.

The room is spacious, has all the facilities needed, and the bed is very comfortable. There are smart toilet and curtains, and free bottled drinking water is provided. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and considerate. It was close to midnight when we arrived at the hotel. We went out to buy cup noodles and returned to the hotel. The staff saw this and thoughtfully gave us a few more bottles of drinking water, so that we could cook cup noodles with rest assured, and have no worries about not having enough water to drink.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped + the hotel looked great overall and well maintained! We got a super lovely breakfast too delivered to our room (because of the pandemic). All in all, great experience, would recommend!

Very convenient location, not far from Xihu. Awesome design in pre-revolution colonial style. And at the same time - our room was full of electronic panels, which we used for light, curtains and even a toilet. After check out they gave us a little gift - a nice chinese tea cup. Thanks a lot for it.

A little bit annoying check in for foreigners, where we wrote all useless information. (Again, this kind of information they asked only in foreigners). A door in the toilet didn't close, it would be great if you could fix it. Breakfast is very early (8:00-9:30), we missed it.

Excellent location for walking to some of Hangzhou's great historic areas, food, craft beer, pedestrian street, etc. Just a short bike ride to West Lake. The staff were super friendly and helpful and even helped us load our bikes in a van without us asking for help. The rooms are super clean, bright and had great lamps and lighting for the mood you can control. The decor was a little funky which made it unique. I'll stay here again and I rarely say that.

Almost nothing to complain about. The shower head would not stay in the position you placed it, which was a little annoying but could easily be fixed.

The room is very nice and spacious, bed is very comfortable, the rooms have nice decorations. Location is very good, as it is located near the end of the shopping street, so it is not far to walk

It was a good deal. Walking by to hefang street. We get a free parking lot, they even extend it 2 hours after we checked out. Room was clean, interior was interesting. And its cheap! Definitely will come back!

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff of the hotel is warm and friendly. The room was decorated very well and fully met customer expectations.Breakfast is very good and on the last day they delivered it to my room. At checkout they also gave me a small adorable souvenir (a teacup). A big thank you to all the staff of the hotel for making my stay so comfortable!
