What we loved most about this property was the closeness to the beach. We vacation in PCB each year. We come to relax by the beach for a week. This property was close to shopping and Pier Park. The unit is very nice inside and fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect location on steps from the water. Clean, perfect. Everything about this location was perfect. Went to the pier to walk. Best part was going to Buddy’s fresh market and making fish tacos and fresh seafood and eating on the Bs k porch listening to the ocean and people watching. Highly recommend this property.

We loved the property and the location! The beach wasn't too busy and we were able to step right off the back deck onto the sand. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bathroom/bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the fans available because we are used to sleeping with them on. There was one issue with our parking spot being available when we first arrived and the owner was on it immediately, which was very appreciated! Will definitely be staying there again!

This townhouse was amazing! It was the best place we have ever stayed. We loved the convienence of staying right on the beach. The two big beds were comfortable and the house was so clean. We loved having a full size washer and dryer to use during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We've been taking a week in PCB for 6-7 years now and this is our favorite unit. It doesn't look like much from the front, but all that changes when you open the front door. Finishes are nice and the view and proximity to the beach are tough to beat.

This is our 3rd year staying in this townhome and we couldn’t be happier. Could tell this year that there have been some small upgrades since our last visit. The sliding door being the biggest upgrade that was needed. We love the location and proximity to the beach. Blue Swell has always been great to work with if we ever need anything they are prompt to get it taken care of. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time to Panama City Beach! It was great to be steps away from the beach! Loved sitting in the deck and watched the sunsets! The place was beautiful and updated. I feel like we were in the perfect place not overly busy around us. The only thing we didn’t like was the furniture wasn’t very comfortable to sit in.

The late check-in time is a bit excessive. I traveled 6 hours and was denied an early check-in even though the representative made a comment about how upset my toddler sounded in the background of the phone call. First impression of the rental was good until the dirty floor caught my eye. However, the two hiccups above were the only hiccups of the entire 7-day stay. Was it worth $2600 for the stay? Probably not. But, it’s only money and the experiences make up for it.

We had a great week at Panama City Beach. This is a great beach location! The beach is right out of the back door. Close location to shopping (Pier Park). Many great restaurants a few minutes away. We will definitely stay here again!

This was by far the best rental we have had yet!!! Beautiful townhouse. Immaculate. Well stocked. Beautiful decor. The best part was the beautiful beach views. Walk out the door and there it was, sand and salt water. The sunsets were amazing. Will return again and again. Great communication with the host.

You can sit on the deck and watch the ocean or people watch.
We did see a dolphin swim by and the sunsets were beautiful.
We did play cards and read on the deck a little bit, but the sun was really bright. A sun umbrella would of been beneficial.
Otherwise every thing was very clean, and had great response during our stay if we had any issues or questions.
We would stay here again.

The town house was more than expected! We were so pleased with it. Clean and well equipped for our needs. We had issues with the property manager which is a shame because if it wasn’t for them we would rent this place over and over. Seriously 5 star for everything but Blue Swell.

I loved this townhouse. Park in front of your door and step out of your back door onto the sand. It was clean and beautifully decorated. My 4 year old granddaughter loved that she had her very own "bunk bed house". Very nice deck seating. I really like having a beach in front that isn't being shared by hundreds of people as when staying in a large condo complex. I wish I could have stayed much longer.

The property is beautiful. Housekeeping is lacking some, as there were spills all over the walls and had to clean the master bath ourselves to get rid of mold. There was no laundry basket that made it difficult to bring up/down stairs. Overall tho, the property is absolutely beautiful and wish renters would be more respectful in how they treat rental properties.

Excellent vacation getaway
Loved the property, spotless and kept up. All the pans, dishes and utensils needed to cook a meal. Lots of towels, complimentary soaps and lotions greatly appreciated. Beautiful view, steps from the ocean. Will definitely return and recommend to friends/family.
