We had an amazing trip! The condo was exactly as shown. Very clean, welcoming with the most beautiful view! Sonia and Felix were great hosts and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze with no issues. Anything you need is right across the street opposite of beach side. We walked everywhere and felt totally safe. A short Uber ride to old San Juan is a must. We will definitely be back and stay here again.

This was a great experience from the very start. I started by asking questions before booking and Sonja was so responsive, like within the hour or less. She was so happy to answer any questions. Once i decided to book the process was so easy and she still stayed in contact the whole time. So not only are the owners amazing to deal with. The apartment is exactly what the listing says it is. And i was impressed with how clean it was. Even the balcony is clean. If you are like me researching all the different options listed in the same location, stop looking and choose this one! Its located on the higher floors and in the building that sits closer to the ocean. The balcony is big and I love to wake up and drink coffee while looking at the ocean. This is the perfect spot to sit without the sun beaming down, there is a nice spot covered and shaded. Its the perfect balcony. She provides everything you need for your beach days. Towels, goggles, chairs, coolers and a few little toys. We stayed on the go alot so we bought some smaller beach towls that fit easy in our bookbag for travel. But the ones she provides are huge and perfect for lazy days at the beach. If you are looking for a place to stay look no further. Sonja is amazing and so is the apartment. Oh and there is so much food and things all around. Its the perfect location! So stop your search and choose this apartment. We had the perfect honeymoon there for 10 days!

Great place for my husband and I to stay and explore Puerto Rico. Never got tired of the view of the beautiful water and beach from the deck. Nice pool area as well. Very well stocked kitchen as well as beach chairs,coolers, towels. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants with grocery stores also close by. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Texted during stay to see how things were going or if we had any questions.

This was a wonderful property - we had consistent, clear, and helpful communication from our hosts. The location on the beach can’t be beat, with easy transportation options to Old San Juan and wonderful restaurant and bar options within easy walking distance. The views over the ocean were amazing all day - nothing like starting off the morning with a sunrise coffee. Definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway!

We repeatedly stay here because it is always very clean, updated and well accommodated. We had an issue with the kitchen light burning out and it was an L.E.D fixture so it wasn't a bulb replacement, the whole fixture needed to be replaced. I texted Sonia and Felix as an FYI so as to maybe have it repaired before the next renters as we could have coped with it and we had immediate communications and by the time we got back from the beach it was replaced. Very nice and responsive people!

Location, location, location!!!! excellent stay couldn’t ask for a better place between the million dollar view and communication with the host. I had an awesome vacation. 10 minutes from the airport no car necessary everything within walking distance. Thank you again hope to see you soon.

Had an amazing time in this unit. Amazing views, comfortable accommodations. Am willing to give this a five star recommendation to anyone who would consider renting this unit. If there is one drawback about my vacation, it’s the car rental situation. Rent your car from any package that you have do not rent a car on the island. Cost me $600 for three days to rent a car that I only used for two days and I could not get a refund from the company. Other than the car rental situation again This place is an amazing place to spend a week or more.

Excellent location, with a view north, which means you don’t get baked by the sun when you want to sit on the balcony, but when you want to get sun, you are only a few feet away from a wonderful beach, perhaps the best in Puerto Rico.

Great location, close to everything and a very nice apartment with a great view. Also, great communications and fast response.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Liked: The beach location, and a pool, were great. The unit was clean, the owners friendly and very responsive. The building staff were very friendly. It was walking distance to restaurants, Walgreen/CVS, expressway, etc... and included an underground parking spot. There were a few spices in the cabinet and 1 roll of toilet/paper towels. There is a welcome book with suggestions for eating, activities, etc. They provide a few seated beach chairs as well. You can rent a beach umbrella for $10 on the beach. And another $4 ea for reclining chairs. Even better if: The unit can accommodate 3 with the futon. Therefore there should be 3 sets of beach towels and pool towels. Also, I recommend spending another $30-50 and proving two sets of towels for each guest. After 2-3 days the towels were stale smelling (need to use better laundry detergent & Downey). Yes, there is a laundry room on the ground floor, but no one wants to take time from their day to wash towels. Last, I like the small beach chairs, 3 reclining chairs would be even better!

We really enjoyed the week we stayed at this property. The location is great, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Great view from the balcony and fully equipped kitchen made for an enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean and check in/out was quick and easy. Thanks!

The location was great-just 10 min from the airport, but also located on a beautiful beach so we could relax in the sun or grab a bite to eat across the street. The room was furnished with beach towels & a little cooler that came in handy for our day trips to nearby beaches. Overall- this was a great home base for our adventures across the island. Property owners were very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know ahead of time. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean, right on the beach with a pool also. The deck overlooking the beach was a nice way to enjoy the evening or early mornings. Great restaurants right on the beach within a short walk. Easy check in and easy to communicate with owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed!

Such a great stay in your beautiful place! The ocean view is stunning. We enjoyed the pool every morning for our workout. Also, we made the walk to Foxwoods Casino most days!! We hope To return to PR someday!! Thank you😁

If you are looking for an immaculately clean property, with a million dollar view, on the safest beach in San Juan, this is the property for you. Hosts are super organized and kind. Tons of eateries, a great supermarket, car rentals and casinos, all within easy walking distance.

The property was fine but i would suggest an air cleaner or a dehumidifier due to the musty mildew smell. Other than that it was great. Good location, my best friend & i felt very safe.

We enjoyed our stay. The check in process was well communicated and easy to follow. The condo was clean, nice, and in a great location. Everything went well and the owners checked in with a text to make sure everything went smooth. Very enjoyable!

Thank you for making our trip to Puerto Rico amazing! The beach supplies were so helpful and we loved taking in the views from the balcony! We always felt safe and did not need a car. We used Uber to go to Old San Juan.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in Isla Verde Beach. The condo was a central location and walking distance to many delicious restaurants. The condo was comfortable, and words cannot describe the view! Hearing the waves crash on the beach on the patio is so relaxing. Sonia was very helpful and easy to work with during the booking, upon arrival, and answered any questions we had. An amazing trip and look forward to coming back again for another visit very soon.

This the second time we stayed at the property. We could not be any happier with the decision to return. Sonia and Felix were wonderful host since the moment of the booking. The property is excellent maintained and clean,The checking in and out is very smooth and easy. Great safe location with everything you need for an excellent vacations, just one elevator flight to the beach! Most definitely will return and will recommend without any reservations.

This apt was very clean ,kitchen had a very good supply of amenities,lots of storage place in the room to put your belongings plus the owners ,especially Sonia,was very informative getting close to our stay and our departure.Obviously loved the view from the balcony.I would stay there again.

This place was amazing ,perfect location to visit Old San Juan,Hotel San Juan etc..and of course an amazing beach!The condo has everything you need to have a good vacation.I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. There were many great restaurants in the area. We visited Old San Juan, the rain forest, and a couple other beaches. We hope to visit Puerto Rico again soon.

Very clean. Condo exactly as pictured. Very good communication with hosts and property manager… A little trouble with directions checking out/getting out of garage but we got out! I would recommend a few extra towels due to multiple showers (hot outside, beach life). Overall very pleased and would stay again! Communication with hosts and cleanliness are our priorities, and both areas get an A+!

Lovely place to stay right on the beach! Swam in the morning at the pool and afternoon in the ocean! Friendly guys on the beach sets you up with chairs for the day and pretty sunsets at night from the balcony! Clean and stocked well with everything you need for a very nice relaxing stay. Peers were prompt with communication needed. Thank you Felix and Sonia! Never communicated with property manager but security was great and made you feel safe! Day trip to Old San Juan worth it! Very quaint.

OMG! This was the most amazing place. The view is breathtaking from the moment we opened the door and saw the turquoise water. Best location for food and any supplies you needed. The condo is exactly as the pictures portray. We will be coming back as we loved the culture and the people!

This is a great property. Amazing view, great beach which is very clean and not too busy for April. The pool is also a decent size and open until 10pm, where some of the hotels close earlier. We didn't even need to turn the airconditioning on the whole time due to the lovely ocean breeze. If you leave all the windows open, it is so close you can be lulled to sleep by the waves. Cute apartment which is clean, safe and under 24 hour security. The area is great, as you are right on the stip with a lot of restaurant options, some even 24 hours. Sonia was amazing keeping in touch and providing answers to questions very quickly, and an amazing seamless check in process. She even left us some welcome drinks, very nice touches. They have even take then time to put a folder together with all the information you need on history, area, where to go, food menus etc. There isn't a thing you really need to bring, becasue they have provided it all! If we ever come back to PR, we would certainly book here again!

Incredible place! They have EVERYTHING you need, including beach chairs, coolers, and plenty of extra linens and towels. You cannot beat the beachfront location—we spent so much time relaxing on our balcony overlooking the ocean. And you’re just steps from the beach, so making trips back and forth from the room is no problem. We went in April and the beach was never too crowded, so it was super peaceful and relaxing. In addition to being on the beach, you’re just a 15 minute drive away from Old San Juan, which is a must-stop while in Puerto Rico. Just make sure to fully read the check-in instructions prior to getting there. We had a little trouble understanding where to go to get our keys and the security guard didn’t speak a ton of English, so it was a little confusing. Can’t say enough good things about our trip! We’ll be back!
