Es könnten mehr Ausgänge sein , da die Anlage sehr groß ist .

Das schönste für uns war der Garten ,auch das Frühstück hat uns mit der grossen Auswahl sehr gut geschmeckt!
Auch das Nachtessen war sehr lecker!
Das Parken war gratis, sehr grosszügig!
Das Badezimmer passt nicht zu dieser Preis Kategorie ohne Dusche in der heutigen Zeit!
Die Klimaanlage war sehr schwach und viel zu laut !

This a family type hotel like in Turkey, just not all inclusive :)

Hotel stuff is young and unhelpful.
After we check in, no one explained or showed hotel premises or working hours of the pools, breakfast and so on...
Also we got single beds instead of double.
There is no free water bottle in the room to make tea or coffee, you should buy it for additional price. This is not what we expected from a hotel where room cost ~500 euro a night

Grounds were beautiful; breakfast was great and staff were very helpful, even if their English was a little spotty.
No Air Conditioning even though advertised. Staff kept saying it was "not possible". We had to sleep with the balcony door open and the room not very dark. Never did get a really good night of sleep. Also, room was so minimalist that it always looked cold and uninviting.

Naked Gernans in SPA. That's acceptable in Germany - but in Italy, for courtesy reasons - I would expect them to respect others and put on clothes

The location was great, right on Lake Garda and a short walk into the main centre. The pool was amazing, and the grounds of the resort were immaculate. Really a special place. The service exceptional. This end of Lake Garda is the best, we travelled to the South end and glad that we stayed this side, it's quieter, and more scenic.
The distance from airport makes it expensive and difficult to get there. We did a bus / train on the way back that was ok but had to work this out on our own, they tend to push the transfers that are almost 200 Euros from memory.

New Year's Eve dinner blew us away. waiting for the first meal for over an hour. 4 hours at the table with meals served in an hour, including for children. terrible program and service. not enough staff to serve guests.

Everything . Amazing professional staff. Many thanks to the receptionist for her help, support and kindness and to all staff. This is our second stay in this beautiful resort.

This is our second time in this hotel. We love the nature that surrounds you, the excellent location near the lake and the wonderful stuff.
The design of the family bungalow isn't that effective...

Just perfect family hotel. Thanks to all teams, especially Kidsclub team for taking care of our children.
Sauna facilities are closed for kids. Maybe it will be possible to let children use it for certain hours?
And - although using sauna naked is common in Germany, I wouldn't expect it in Italy. A bit embarrassing for those who hadn't been raised through it.

Wonderful from start to finish. The views and location are stunning, the pools and spa are great and kept clean. and an amazing breakfast. The staff were all so friendly and helpful too. We would definitely go back.
