Lovely hotel. Breathtaking views. Friendly and welcoming staff; especially at breakfast. Lovely and clean.

The shower cubicle is a bit small. No tea/coffee making facilities.

Das Frühstück war wieder sehr gut und vielfältig. Lediglich SWurst und Käsesorten könnten mal gewechjselt werden. Jeden Tag gleich! Im letzten Jahr hatte ich ein wesentlich schöneres Zimmer, auch größer und höher gelegen. Abendessen sehr gut . Die Lage mit Blick auf en See ist einfach immer wieder umwerfend.

Die Parkplatzsuche. Jeden Tag!! und leider auch nicht immer einen bekommen.

It’s sooooooo bad

No one answered my calls. And I spent the night with my wife with no room.

The views from the balcony are incredible! Breakfast was lovely. The rooms are very clean and modern. All the staff were very friendly. The pool area is a great feature and catches the sun really well.

Unfortunately, the light on our balcony didn't work which was a bit annoying as we liked to play games out there later on at night.

Absolutely love this hotel have been before. The newer rooms are lovely. View is incredible Love the pool Fantastic breakfast.

Rooms still need some updating

The property location was wonderful. Great views from the pool and dining area. Approximately walking 20 minutes to town center.

We stayed on the last floor in 2 room apartment. The pull out couch was very stained and outdated. The décor pillows in our room were stained as well. I just put them away so I don’t have to touch them or look at them. The bedding was very clean. I think they just need to be updated. The ceiling in our apartment were very short so if you a very tall person this apartment might not be for you.

The view is spectacular! It is a little out of the way and we didn't drive, but the walk up the hill was totally worth it. The staff were so kind and accommodating, the room was great, the breakfast was great, and the pool is wonderful to relax around.

The views were awesome, the shuttle can take you to the bottom for a nice walk along the water into town.

Room was a little small but not a problem, I'll take it again next time!

the view on the lake is nice from the breakfast room. It is calm. Good breakfast with fresh orange juice and excellent coffe.

It is outside the town and not easy to reach. the rooms are really basic, not very large and not well furnished. Same size for one and for two persons. Amenities are basic. Only one bin. Bed not very comfortable.

Extremely large room with amazing views over the olive garden, swimming pool, lake Garda and Riva. Large Balcony. Nice atmosphere. VEry high quality rooms, especially beds.

Nadine was lovely. She gave us a wonderful welcome and everyone was helpful and gave us a lot of information about everything around the property.

The food and drinks could have a lot of improvement. Most of the days the menu was a set menu and lacked vegetarian options or couldn’t twist or make any new dishes out of the way.

Beautiful location if you like staying on the outside of the hustle and bustle but also a short walk to the middle of the city.

we were very disappointed with the dinner in the restaurant.it was a set menu and wasn’t to the standard that we imagined in a hotel like this. however the breakfast the next morning was amazing.

Old furniture, the room had a bad smell, the staff smiles at you but obviously doesn't want to help you, one of the bed sank too low and they didn't bother to do anything about it, the blanket was itchy, funny part is we took the Superior room! I don't want to imagine what happens in a Standard room. They include amenities in Booking.com's description that doesn't exist/ aren't operated, such as air conditioning and jacuzzi. Please stay away!!

the walk back from town, some hill to walk up,bit expensive and limited menu at night, but staff especially restaurant staff work extremely hard, there for breakfast, dinner and tea, very personably,friendly, know where you come from and talk your language.

Lovely hotel overlooking Riva del Garda. The room was large, modern and spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The location, although out of the town is overlooking the Lake and the town itself, surrounded by mountains. Yes there is a short walk up to the hotel if you go into the town, but this really wasn't a problem. The hotel and our room had good air conditioning, and the pool area is amazing. Breakfast in the hotel is superb, with a great range of choice, we really appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice.

I would have liked to have given more for the scoring of this hotel, however, the room that we were given seemed to be an old 'apartment' which I can only assume was for someone working in the hotel. We had lots of room, but it really wasn't what had appeared on the pictures when we booked this hotel. The room itself was at the very top of the hotel, in the roof space, with a small balcony overlooking the driveway and olive trees. The door to the balcony didn't close properly and has a door handle that was barely hanging on! It is such a shame, because the hotel was lovey, as were the staff, breakfast and the facilities. However the room was a disappointment.
