Friendliness staff. Rich and varied breakfast. Clean room and WC. Large room. Restaurant is appreciated for a late arrival. We were provided with the "Sylvretta card" with which we could take the ski lifts in Ischgl, and although unfortunately we could not use it the day before when we took the Sylvretta road, the toll for this road is included in the card.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was really excellent and completely to our liking: our ballroom-sized room with its very comfortable beds and lovely balcony, the generous breakfast and the ultra clean wellness facilities (you will find bathrobes and slippers in the room), not to mention the very friendly and attentive staff, always going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and give you the best tips for trips in the area. Highly recommended!

Great location (a bit away from all the noise), amazing breakfast (tasty and plenty of food), huge luxurious rooms, easy parking, flexible check in time, very friendly and helpful staff. We will be back!

Excellent comfortable hotel with huge en suite bedrooms each with a balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. Wonderful breakfast buffet included from 0730 - 0930 each morning. Excellent WiFi. Guest card provided on check in giving free use of buses and cable cars. I had a great stay.

The staff was kind, helpful and professional. The property was very clean and the room as well. The room was also very big and we had a balcony where we could sit and relax. They made us a surprise by giving us as a gift a free card pass for the Teleferic.
We had breakfast included and everything was delicious and with a large variety of food.

Very nice hotel and first and foremost was the service and attitude of the host very good. We will certainly choose same hotel next time we come to Ischgl.

The hotel was very close (2-5 min) from main ski lifts, grocery store, apres ski, etc. Had a nice balcony facing the mountain. Also, free parking in a beautiful garage in central Ischgl. Spa and breakfast were good too.
