The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with all a traveller needs and more. It was clean and well kept up. Breakfast on the upper terrace was wonderful with a beautiful view. Unless you have mobility issues it’s an easy walk to the beach, port and old town. The staff were superb!! And free parking is available.

Well appointed room, good breakfast and gorgeous view! Very clear instructions on how to access the property and very walkable to Old Town. The elevator would be great if you have any mobility issues and goes from the very good underground parking right up to whatever floor you stay. Excellent place.

Everything 😊 The room and the bed were very comfortable, it was perfectly clean and looked as if no one has used it before. The breakfast is served at a very comfortable rooftop terrace with a stunning view to the sea, and as there are not so many rooms, it was always quiet. I couldn’t imagine a better way to start your day. You can use the terrace anytime you want We liked the location very much, in a quiet street with a nice beach a couple of minutes walk away. There are also restaurants and cafés very close by, and the center of split is easily reachable by a 15-20 minute walk. Last but not least we have to mention the host Vicenzo, who was very friendly and gave us useful tips.

though it is in a good residential area, it is not so convenient location for tourist. No restaurant nearby. The place does not have refrigerator, does not provide cleaning tissue, no kettle, no sitting area inside of your room. the major issue we have with the place is that the room has a very strong detergent smell from sheet, bedding and it really make us having headaches. We open the window and air the room, but the mosquitoes managed to get in, not good sleep for us.

The room was beautiful, super modern and the balcony was just wow! Also the first day breakfast was incredibly amazing.

There was an odd smell in the shower. Also the second day the breakfast was more simple than the first day, but that's ok.

Good location, only around 15 minutes to the Split city center. Nice view from the terrace where the breakfast is served. Friendly service.

Very pricey. Essentially, you pay for the location and the view on the ocean. According to the description there should have been a sauna but there was none. The room was rather tiny with limited space to unpack the baggage. The beach parties are rather loud in the evening, if you prefer to sleep with an open window.

Ante, the host made our stay so comfortable and relaxing.Even though our flight was delayed for 3 hours so we didn’t arrive at the property until 1.00am , Ante kept in contact and ensured we could access the apartment. Easy 10 minute walk into Split and the beach was just at the bottom of the road . Local bard and restaurants if you don’t want to go into Split town centre. Fabulous breakfast provided by Ante.

Beautiful property, on a bit quieter area in split, and we enjoyed it very much! Location is 2 streets away from the beach, but very nice area. breakfast prepared but the owner there and it was better than most 4 star hotels. Thank you guys for accommodating us so quickly. we enjoyed very much and will come back again!

Beautiful residence with amazing soul calming views. super comfortable rooms of great size and facilities, loved every day here with Ante and Ivanka. hosts were super friendly and attentive. Would choose this stay over any hotel going forward, definitely recommend!!❤️❤️❤️thank you so much for having us

A bit expensive for being a shared apartment and not a hotel. Also I kept getting stung by mosquitoes every night even though we cleared the room from them each night

I thought the sauna was disappointing. The jacuzzi bath was enormous and it felt wasteful using so much water. However it as a beautiful size area.
