The rustic cottage like charm of Ivy House was so beautiful and cosy it made my parents last week in Esperance before moving town the perfect little retreat they wanted.
The complimentary bottle of wine and cookies where a nice treat, the kitchen is and all amenities where perfect. Will be back again!

What you see advertised is exactly what you get. Nestled in a peaceful suburb of Esperance, this property exceeded our expectations. Although construction was still finishing up, and we experienced some noise from earthworks on our first day, it was otherwise a serene stay.
The house itself is impeccably clean—both in appearance and smell. The bedrooms are spacious; the main bedroom features a soft mattress while the other double bedroom has a firmer one, accommodating different preferences. The vintage furniture adds a nostalgic touch, though the couch is a bit too soft for easy getting up.
The cooking facilities are excellent and well-stocked with crockery and utensils. For those traveling with a dog, the secure yard and doggy door (suits smaller breeds) are a great bonus. Overall, it was a delightful stay in a beautifully maintained home.

Excellent stay, near beach. Beautifully designed and clean. Beds very comfortable. Dogs love the gorgeous yard and walks on the beach. Can’t recommend enough. Would definitely stay again

Builders did not worry us. Unfortunately I found my dog licking melted chocolate on the paving. I found a few chocolate eggs in the back garden which I removed. Not a big deal. Unavoidable over Easter with kids.

Myself and three friends, plus dogs, stayed in Esperance for 4 nights. A beautiful and spacious house, well laid out and equipped. WiFi great in every room and air conditioning which we used on reverse cycle once as the weather was cool. We cooked at home and the stove is enormous and easy to use. Washing machine and dryer, and a place to hang out washing. Esperance is a most beautiful place.

As soon as you open the front door you feel welcomed in this very nice, clean and fully equipped home. We stayed there with our dog, who was allowed to be inside and was very happy to find some lawn in the backyard after a long day of travelling. It's great to have free Wi-Fi as well as some streaming services available.
Thanks for providing such a nice place.
We'll stay there again.

Beautiful neat house in a very quiet location.
This is a beautifully neat property that is very pet friendly and secure. Very comfortable and warm and provided with all the necessities. Be aware that the gate is very narrow. A F150 ute for example probably will not fit. We were not able to drive our caravan into the property but fortunately there is a vacant block adjacent to the driveway. Internet is fast and an outdoor BBQ is provided if desired.

Secure, dog friendly house in great location
My partner and I recently stayed at this property for a week with our two Jack Russells and had an amazing time. The house is dog friendly and fully fenced. The house has everything you need - great kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living areas. The location is great - only a few minutes to the many beaches along the stunning Esperance coastline. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful Ivy House.
A wonderful experience! We we’re impressed with the detail given to making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Whilst we didn’t have pets we could see that the comfort and care of pets had been catered for.
We were not affected in any way by neighbours and it was a beautiful trip into town along the coastline.
Bob & Jim’s General Store was a highlight plus the museum a must see.
It was difficult to find a restaurant open on a Sunday. However Sian Thai was delicious.
Our whole Esperance experience was wonderful .

A++ on style, comfort and design
Great place to stay, quiet, private and decor was updated and clean.
Only failing was the poor internet. Did not affect our trip but would limit someone who needs to work/be in contact while away.

Great house especially for dogs . A couple of improvements could be a bed that doesn’t dip in the middle and a more adequate supply of toilet paper but other than that perfect !

One of my favourite holiday homes so far. Beautiful open plan modern home, comfortable beds, very clean, close to town and beaches and had everything we needed for our stay. Our fur baby also loved the huge outdoor area. We really didnt wanto leave.

A great place to stay for a getaway
Just like home, has all the comfort of home. A big plus is the washer/dryer which come in handy when we traveled with as little clothing as possible. The layout of the house is just great, the bedrooms are at one end of the house which allowed us to have a decent sleep after a day of touring

Home away from home: stylish and modern, extremely comfortable and very thoughtful welcoming pack
Spent a fabulous 3 nights at West Beach. Clean, comfortable, modern and stylish accommodation in a great location with all the facilities and equipment you will need. Great to have wifi and Netflix included and loved the coffee pods and wine as a welcome treat; extremely appreciated after a long drive south. Didn’t have any pets with us but we wouldn’t have known it was a pet friendly house as it was spotless. Easy to book, communication excellent and will definitely recommend to friends.

Amazing home just a short stroll from West Beach
Such a wonderful property to stay at. Clean, tidy, extra touches, lovely finishing/furnishing. Great to be able to take our dog. Great location just a short walk from West Beach. Awesome for us and the children. Highly recommend.
