What a stunning property, this may have been the best place I've ever stayed ❤️ We absolutely loved it, location was also really good but the decor, the bath tub , the bed , the balcony with the sunset view, absolutely perfect. I would actually consider visiting Zadar again just to stay here.

Excellent location with the view. The apartment is excellently equipped, and I really appreciated the fact that they had extra e.g. kitchen paper rolls.

If you get a chance to stay at this place, don’t hesitate! Beautiful apartment with spectacular views! Spacious balcony was a great place to sit and admire the ocean view! Denis was a great host and provided us with some great tips on where to park for free close to the apartment. The apartment is located on the third floor but the steps up were wide and not difficult with luggage. Exactly as shown in the photos, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well and in all the rooms. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully functioning kitchen and plenty of space! A luxury in the city. Would love to visit again!

Beautifully appointed Great location

Once you get past the exterior and shared entrance of the building, the apartment is so worth it (It is up 3 flights of stairs, not an issue for us but may be an issue for others). The fresh fruit, bottle of wine, water, juice and illy coffee that was provided was so thoughtful. Updated to a very high standard, it was like staying in an upscale hotel suite. Slippers, towels, shampoo and body wash were all superb. The location is excellent with an amazing view. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats come in to unload in the morning. And soaking in the tub after a long day of walking around. The view of the sea organ area was also lovely. Very close to shops, stores and restaurants. And the free parking right in front of the apartment was great.

The view was amazing! Sunsets were breath taking!!! The decorations in the apartment were gorgeous! The host provided a sweet surprise on arrival and met us for check in as arranged.

Doesn't have designated parking. Had to drive around hunting for parking when coming back in the evening.

Simply beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Parking right outside building very convenient. Loved all the 5 star hotel amenities.

Plain looking apartment complex outside, but all concerns evaporated as soon as we saw the beautiful unit inside.
