Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit several times and always enjoy our stay. The views are gorgeous and we especially like having 3 decks. Previously the room with the twin beds also had a small cot that could be used to sleep an extra child, but this year it was not there. My only suggestion is to have a cot or blow up mattress available. Otherwise I would have rated the amenities as a 5.

Ideally located, 3rd floor condo overlooking one of the best beaches is the US! 3 ocean-front outdoor patios, accessible from each bedroom and the main living area. Well equipped kitchen. Property was immaculate upon arrival. Only 3 relatively minor issues - (broken closet door in 2nd Master, no screen door on patio door to patio off main Master, and broken screen on sliding door off main living area).. Overall a great condo in a fantastic location, loved every minute of our stay.

We would have given 4-5 stars but the unit was really dirty. It’s obvious that it is a popular villa but a deep clean is definitely needed. Property was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could have wanted for our vacation. Being oceanfront was wonderful.

We've been to Kiawah a few dozen times - this villa is exquisite! Nicely decorated, lot's of closet space, comfortable beds and plenty of room. Great ocean front views, indoor and out on the balconies. Villa was very clean!! Kitchen is overly stocked with anything you will need. We tend to rent beach chairs and umbrellas through Kiawah Island (green) which is a little further of a walk from the other rentals (blue). The chairs are a little longer with foot rest. Same with bicycle rentals - renting through Kiawah Island (in The Sanctuary parking lot) - the bike seats are more comfortable. Contacted property manager for misc question and had answer immediately. Cannot wait to rent his property again!

Spacious 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for a family of 6 with teenagers to spread out. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Laundry room with washer and dryer was in constant use though the dryer was on it’s last leg and we would have to dry only a few items at a time.

Everything was perfect from the beach front location to the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to make cooking a breeze. The house was bright and clean. The ocean views and sounds were beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely rent this home again.

This unit was wonderfully situated and furnished. The beach access was ideal and the ocean views from the unit were spectacular. We also took full advantage of the included Vayak bike rental and rode the beach daily. The description of the unit stated there would be kitchen essentials. I was surprised that the coffee maker did not have a reusable filter, nor were paper coffee filters provided. Also surprising was the fact that no beach towels were provided. We have stayed at several VRBO properties on Kiawah where beach towels were provided as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. We ended up purchasing two beach chairs that we left at the unit.
