We have been coming to Mission Beach for 10 years now. Every summer we book a place for a week to enjoy. This house, by far, is the best one we've ever book. The house is beautiful. It's fully stocked with everything you need. This was the first time our kids got their own rooms and they loved it! The view from the top deck can't be beat, and the parking! Having a garage, and outside parking spot, in Mission Beach is something most other places can't give you. We're already planning out next summers vacation here!

We selected this property based on our own criteria checklist and the ratings. We hit the jack pot!
Beautiful, spacious, wonderful ocean views and quick beach access plus all the things needed to enjoy the beach.
The roof top deck was our favorite place to hang out in the morning and the evening.
Easy walk to restaurants and shops 😃
And finally everything we came to see was a short drive - the Midway, Old Towne, La Jolla sea lions, Coronado Island, the zoo.
Thank you to our hosts for this great intro to our Mission Beach experience and all the good times that came with it.

We emoted everything about this property. The room arrangements were great for our family of six. The kids loved being able to run down to the beach anytime. We liked the location of not being directly on the boardwalk for privacy, but close enough to the beach. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a great addition, as were the bikes. We had a great week!

This was such a beautiful home and perfect location to beach and boardwalk. One house back so you avoided the people who walk boardwalk staring into your space. Was able to sit on deck and enjoy watching dolphins and sunsets.
They provide chairs. Bikes and boogies boards.
Three bedroom and everyone has their own space and bathroom. There is a garage which is nice as parking is hard by the beach
Highly recommend. Host is quick to respond to any questions or concerns

House is better than the photos. Each bedroom and bathroom is brand new, high quality. Kitchen is gorgeous with tons of conveniences. So many balconies also! While being right on the beach would be best, I can't imagine a better house than this. The view from up top allowed us to see the marina and the beach, and watch the dolphins go by. The bikes were also so much fun, and the garage was great for our car. I am very picky with lodging, and this house delivered!! We came during Hurricane Kay, so we were glad to have such a nice house to enjoy during the torrential rain one day of our trip. Thank you!

Everything about this house was perfect. House was fully stocked, parking worked out great for our friends to visit. Kids had a blast at the beach, watching sunsets on the roof top and sleeping on the bunk beds. Can’t wait to come back next year. The owners were super accommodating. Amazing !!!!!

My family of 8 were thrilled with this property in every way! It is located only a few steps from the ocean beach. No roads to cross, driveway parking and a two car garage filled with bikes, boogie boards, a surf board, beach umbrellas, sand charts and many sand toys!
The owners are so sweet and readily available.

Home away from home
We have stayed at many rental houses. This house was the most stocked home we have ever stayed in, by far. They leave what previous guests have supplied like oil, spices, storage bags, etc. , which made the kitchen great. No need to run out and get all the things you may need once.

Amazing Property on Mission Beach
This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was incredible. Just steps from the boardwalk and the beach. And the house was so well laid out, clean and well-stocked. We rent every year in Mission Beach for the summer and we will definitely be back. And a bonus, you really can get three good size cars parked on property. We have never had that in any other rental.

Very inviting 3-story house in North Mission Beach. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. A gas fireplace! Open the doors and listen to the waves crashing. Walk to restaurants easily. There are 4 cruiser bikes, each with a lock. Very fun to ride along the coast on the paved sidewalk, as you go past the runners, walkers, and strollers. We went on the epic roller coaster a mile south at Belmont Park. We ate at so many excellent restaurants, many within a brief walk. There are stairs, so if that’s a problem, look elsewhere. The 3rd floor deck is great for a yoga session or an outdoor lunch.

Rental was perfect for my family and my sister’s family ! Location is incredible and house was spacious and had everything you needed plus! We enjoyed biking the area, and hanging out at the beach. The only thing that was annoying were fruit flies In the kitchen and I’m not sure where they came from but other than that, our time there was incredible!

We went to San Diego to sit on the beach and play for a full week. This was perfect for my wife, child, and me as well as my two grown children and their spouses. With bedrooms on each of the 3 levels, we were each able to have our own space. The closeness to the beach - only two houses from the boardwalk - enabled us to come and go between beach and house. The location is very close to grocery store and many take-out food options. Other than going out for groceries and food, we spent the whole week at the house and beach. A bonus is many boogie boards, bikes, beach umbrellas, and beach toys. We had the most relaxing and fun week ever. We'll definitely be staying here again.
