Great condos great location!

Loved this cozy little mountain lodge. It is a short walk to the mountain with a shuttle that stops right there if you don't want to walk. Warning >> The parking is not obvious....read the map that they give you. I failed to read the map and struggled to find the unit in the dark. Once I figured it out, it was easy!!! Again >> Everything as advertised! Beautiful place. I'd stay again.

The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed.

It was an excellent trip and an excellent weekend the place we stayed was clean wonderful and the host was very helpful would use them again anytime thank you

We were in Steamboat for a weekend wedding, and the unit was perfect for the two couples.

The unit was NOT clean. Dirty dish sponge left on counter, hair in coffee pot, couch pillows dirty, place mats on table were all filthy and dead bugs in cabinets and bathrooms didn’t have soap or tissues. Spoke with manager after we cleaned the unit…she only offered to send cleaning crew Back. No thank we already did the cleaning…no refund offered on cleaning fee. Won’t stay there again!!!!!!

Good time

Very much enjoyed our stay. It would be good to know when arriving, that the green and orange line city shuttles, provide service to this condominium, Shadow Run, and to the base Gondola, every 20 min. Red line takes you into town, from gondola. After 6:30, the Main line, shuttle goes to condos, downtown, and gondola’s until 12:15 am, every 30 min.

The condo is well appointed and exactly as the listing pictures show. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The property Is easily accessible. Looking forward to coming back.

Convenient location, great for my adult family.

Here are the most important features we look for when traveling: Comfortable beds, clean, safe, plenty of parking, a well-equiped kitchen, quiet neighbors and close proximity to our travel plans. The unit hit all the marks. A bonus, the hosts were available for our questions and were very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. The condo is great and has everything you need plus we made use of the included bikes. The whole town is easily navigated by bikes so these were an awesome addition to the rental. It was hot when we were there and so I was nervous that the lack of a.c. would be a problem but it was fine. We ran the fans a little during the day and it worked out really well. Thanks for a great stay!

Check-in: Knowing the owner gives out the door code the day of arrival would have saved me a lot of time. The day before arrival I waited on hold forever with VRBO who ended up telling me to call the owner directly. They gave me 2 phone numbers. One was disconnected and one sounded like a FAX. I thought I’d been duped. Alex did call me back within a reasonable time and explained she’ll give me the code the day of check-in. She was good to her promise, and as for check-in, that was all we needed to access the unit and that went smoothly! Cleanliness: When we arrived, we noticed immediately all of the floors were dirty. Upon checking the bathrooms, the bathroom mats were dirty with shoe prints and hair. We ended up washing them. My friend turned down her bed and discovered the sheet was ripped with the wrong side up, and most disgusting of all, there were crumbs in her bed. We were grossed out and doubted the sheets were cleaned…and then what else wasn’t cleaned? I texted Alex, sending her pictures and again she was quick to respond. She reassured us the sheets and duvets had been washed. We still were skeptical. The living and kitchen areas were nice, however rugs and floors were unswept and not vacuumed. The rug on the deck was rotted from the sun and we just folded what was left and moved it aside. Bed time was stressful imagining the sheets unwashed from the previous guests. The location for the unit is great! We still had a wonderful time as Steamboat is fabulous and always fun to share with our-of-state people!

Great place, very clean, well-appointed, and very close to skiing!

This condo was nice and clean. Location is great with the bus stop right out front. One thing to be aware of is the inability to use the washer/dryer between 7pm-7am. This made it a bit tricky to wash ski clothes that needed to be laundered daily. Otherwise, it was a great stay with everything we needed. Great host, clean place, and a wonderful stay!!

We had a great time in the boat. Condo was clean and in good location

We enjoyed our stay at Alex's condo in Steamboat. The condo has been renovated, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was nice having the pool in the complex. There is also a playground managed by the town at the corner of the complex my kids enjoyed along the walking paths. One thing to note if you are staying in the summer, the condo and pretty much the whole complex don't have A/C. Not an issue 90% of the year being in the mountains but it happened to hit highs of 90 2 of the 3 days we were there. The unit did have screens on all the windows/doors as well as several fans which helped but with the unseasonable highs it would get pretty hot in the condo late afternoon/early evening. The listing is accurate, but wanted to mention since VRBO doesn't show common amenities that units don't include.

Everything about renting this property was smooth and easy. The condo was super clean and well stocked for everything that we needed. It was quiet at night and just about a 10 minute ride from downtown Steamboat. We have a little bit of a hard time finding it, that was the only downside. However, we had the phone number of the owner so she is just a short phone call away. Alex was super prompt at answering messages left on the VRBO site. I would definitely return.

Convenient place to stay ,cook and relax while river floating ,mountain coaster and rafting

Most everything about this place was pretty good. The what seemed to be the master bed was great, however the second bed not so much (might be ok for kids but not older adults). Bathrooms are a little dated and master shower is small. If you are looking for luxury probably not your style but if you want a nice decent affordable place to sleep while you enjoy the outdoors then is place is for you. It was clean and owner responded quickly to questions.

We had a wonderful time. Just one thing that bothered me a bit, the door didn't latch you could push it open. But all in all it was very comfortable and clean. Would like to do it again

Perfect for a family of 4. Very easy access to the free shuttle and a short ride to the resort or downtown. Will be staying here again!

We only stayed 1 night but Aleksandra was very accommodating. We didn't have any service though (and had some problems connecting to with the wifi at first) so communication was a tad difficult while we were actually there but once we were able to connect, it was fine. The beds were comfortable and we were very close to the slopes which was great. I would definitely recommend to friends

The location, cleanliness, and accommodation of this property is great. The Owner is responsive. However, the kitchen counter-tops are extremely fragile and photo documentation upon your arrival is a must. We performed no cooking during our stay, but were assessed a damage fee due to a "burn" mark in the tops. Property and location are great, but be very weary of the kitchen counter-tops

Although it’s not ski in ski out the location right next to a bus stop couldn’t be more convenient. Exactly as advertised and perfect little spot for a trip with friends or family on a budget.
