Great location

We loved the cabin. The hot tub and game room was great! Comfy beds and clean! Location was little hard to find but figured it out. Great communication with property management. The washer wasn’t working properly and the string lights outside would not come on. Overall great experience.

This place was not too far from most activities but far enough not to have late-night noise. We enjoyed the stay.

Nice rental. After booking there was a bit of a lengthy form required for the neighborhood bit other than that we had no complaints.

We were very pleased with our stay in Helen. We really enjoyed every moment. The rental team really took care of every detail and we didn't have to worry about anything with our stay. They were extremely responsive to everything that we needed. It allowed us to have a relaxing and fun trip.

We enjoyed a wonderful quiet weekend. Our check in was flawless and the accommodations were top notch. We will definitely book again. Could not have been happier with our stay.

My boyfriend and I went for a quick birthday weekend getaway and it was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very clean and the area was great! Not far from downtown at all. We would stay there again!

Helen Hideaway was great. The cabin is nice and cozy and very clean. Check in was a breeze and everything we would've needed was provided. The bonus is the hot tub, very relaxing. This is definitely one of my new hideaways.

Property was lovely! Peaceful in the woods. Has everything you need. Hot tub was exceptionally clean. Not very far into Helen. We also visited Anna Ruby Falls and Brasstown Bald. Must sees!

The roads to get there are fun to drive! Place is just right for 4 people (no more). Nice jacuzzi and games. Peaceful. Downtown was fun. Very close to everything. Friendly people. House needs a little work.

Great place to stay

Wonderful place! I had minor trouble finding it because my GPS was not working well.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. My significant other and I had a wonderful time. We plan to come back in the future to this quaint town and peaceful hideaway.

Went to Helen, GA for a little last minute family get-a-way before the school year started. This property was perfect, quick little drive to town, good accommodations, and clean!

Very nice property with plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed the game station area and hot tub. Located minutes from downtown Helen, GA. We also enjoyed Brasstown Bald Conservatory, Alpine Slide, Putt Putt (Pirates Cove), Anna Ruby Falls, and the local restaurants.

The whole process was so easy. The place was small, but perfect size for us. The roads were soooo scary, but after a few times, they weren't so bad. Helen was great. Too bad a few of the attractions were still on a winter schedule and closed while we were there. Overall a very pleasant visit.

Great location just a few minutes from the heart of Helen. It sits over looking the mountains and is quiet for much needed rest and relaxation. Great to get away and unwind in the hot tub or sitting near the fireplace.

As a seasoned traveler I like to give feedback, since many folks don't, I do so the owner can address any issues. Notes: The home was super clean. The master bedroom had a memory foam mattress, very comfy. The hot tub was very clean and worked great. They have replaced the grill with an LP grill, please update your website, we brought charcoal and lighter fluid, no longer needed. We were pleasantly surprised that they put up holiday ornaments and also a Christmas tree. Some issues: Had problems with all of the tv's, bought and replaced all of the batteries and this fixed all of the problems, except the master bedroom. The remote would turn on the TV, but nothing else would work. There were no hot pads for baking, had to use kitchen towels. They have external Holiday lights on the deck only half of them worked. They also had solar lights leading down to the hot tub, but during our stay did not work. We were thankful we brought flashing lights, or we would not have been able to use the hot tub safely at night. The fireplace looks was missing a log, the timer did not work and it is really only for looks. Minor stuff: Oven light did not work, Surface light for the microwave over stove did not work. We ended up leaving a day early, due to issues with heat and overall conditions. The property needs a bit more TLC.

Good times

It was clean and comfortable cabin. It was small but cozy cabin. It was so nice to be able to sit on one of the two decks and drink coffee in the mornings. We enjoyed it very much!

This place is very small, meaning only 2 people can sit and watch TV at a time as the other chairs are against the wall where the TV is hung. In the main bedroom you can barely walk beside the bed. But the cabin is comfy, the location is great and we enjoyed ourselves. The lower level where the hot tub and arcade games are does not have interior access, only exterior. That was not an issue for us but also not what I expected. We spent most of our time away from the cabin enjoying the area so space wasn't an issue for us. And it was fine as a home base. Just think carefully about how much time you plan to spend at the cabin if you are bringing the family. For a couple it would be fine (as long as you don't want to both be in the kitchen at the same time).
