- Super big swimming pool - Honest security guards - I lost my wallet, then lost my handphone - found by security guards who were very helpful

Customer service, specifically for this unit, was very bad. There was a wi-fi problem in my unit. I was given the wrong password 2 times. My children were not happy because their connection to the internet was interrupted badly. The host promised to pay me a refund for this mishap, but later on broke his promise. This is the first and the last time I would stay at this unit. Already lodged a complaint to e-aduan KPDN. Customers are not supposed to be ill-treated (dishonest and disrespectful) like this.

It's nicely decorated with London-theme decorations. Really clean and secure. The host gave us a step-by-step guide for registration, parking etc which was a breeze. Great hospitality!

Pillows and towels no as plush as those in hotels. But they"re clean and usable nonetheless

Excellent property

We really enjoy the stay, I just didn't like their deposit proses because we need to bank in RM300 to the host, after check out he will transfer again. Other than that, all okay..

Everything in the property are convenient.
