The procedure to use the facility like swimming pool was so complicated, maybe because of Covid-19

very nice decoration, clean and comfortable to stay in a large group. we devided room for male and female.. easy to self check in and check out. the instruction was easy to understand. recommended👍🏻

swimming pool schedule- 1hour per session wasnt enough for kids to enjoy. hope the manangemnt could make some improvemnt.

apartment is very new and clean. person in charge is being friendly and helpful. comfortable place. kids love the place.

please take note that guests have to walk in to do manual registration of get in the pool. there are one hour limit time for staying at pool. I mean there are good to have rules (sop) for protect ourselves but please do early manual registration for using pool to avoid any disappointing of ur children ya. my first day the pool was fully booked until 9pm. We woke up early and queued at 8.30am to do registration on next day. finally children just can play at pool. luckily the host was helpful and response to assist. another thing to feedback is there are some noise from both room’s door. the door was closed and we didn’t open the window from room and balcony but there still got wind to make noise to the door. so we just placed a floor mat under the door to stop the noise.
