Charming, historic building. It was like staying in a museum. Fantastic location in Old Town centre.

They knew the room has toilet drainage disorder but still provided the room for me. After i complaint the toilet had very bad smell, they ask me change to others room which has same problem. So we have to use share toilet in the property. Next day morning, I need shower then only they gave me others bigger room for me to take shower only.

Fabulous building in great location. Right in the heart of the main town. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfortable beds and linen. Bottle water provided.

A minor thing: Staff were pleasant, however we struggled with heavy bags at the door and the ‘greeter’ did not help.

The location is excellent for self-directed walking tours of historic old Melaka and the riverine area. Staff are very helpful. Love the history room! The hotel itself is a 'destination' in my estimation. The breakfast has standard buffet fare including fresh fruit, but eggs can be prepared on the spot in a variety of ways.

The tea and coffee at breakfast could be improved!

We thought we dropped something and happened to glance under the bed which had a lot of dust. Understood that that is not an area that gets cleaned much but we had to request for it to be vacuumed, which to be fair they did the next day. Also not the most convenient for those who cannot climb stairs so do request for lift level or ground floor rooms if needed

leider mussten wir trotz Zusage für einen früheren Check in drei Stunden auf unser Zimmer warten - war nach gut 24 Stunden Reise nicht sehr angenehm

La decoración con muebles antiguos y también el edificio. La localización y la amabilidad del personal Pero, sobre todo, me sorprendió el buen desayuno que tienen incluido en el precio. Muy completo.

Beautiful old building, full of character with small on-site muesum. Good selection of food at breakfast. Lovely outside seating area to eat breakfast. Lovely staff, great spa. In Chinatown, great location. We liked Malacca, the river, the art, shops and the Geograher Cafe/restaurant. Extended our stay from 2 to 4 nights as we liked it so much.

For a 3 star hotel it was very good. Being super picky, the cleaning could have been better, and new pillows would be good.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral gelegen, aber dennoch sehr ruhig.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wir fanden es ein wenig eng, um an den Betten vorbeizulaufen.

L'atmosphère Peranakan unique de l'hôtel: cette impression de vivre une époque intemporelle dans un environnement décoratif de grande qualité. La tranquillité. L'hôtel est situé dans un rue historique, mais une fois dans l'hôtel, tout respire le calme et la relaxation. Le mobilier et les objets d'ornement (vases, statuettes) sont de qualité musée et méritent qu'on s'y attarde. Certains objets sont à vendre, mais ce ne sont pas les plus beaux, et leurs tarifs sont prohibitifs.

Le côté sombre de la plupart des chambres, peu ou pas de vue extérieure.

Wir hatten leider ein paar Ameisen im Zimmer. Anfang hat die Spülung der Toilette nicht richtig funktioniert und obwohl wir an der Rezeption darum gebeten haben, dass sich das jemand anguckt, kam keiner. War dann aber nicht so schlimm, weil die Spülung dann doch funktioniert hat.

こちらには何度か泊まっていますが、いつも思うこと・・・・追加料金を払ってでも朝食の質を上げて欲しい。それでなければ朝食を出さずに、値段を下げて欲しい。
