Location is excellent just a few minutes walk to centre

House was very good but could do with double glazing as it was quite cold and we could not get WiFi

Very clean beautifully decorated.

The only issue we had was the one toilet as a group of 9

One bathroom and toilet for 6 of us was a slight challenge when everyone needed the loo at the same time in the morning!!!!

Cold the log fire in the lounge said do not use health & safety!!! Should have got it sorted. Didn't want to spend any time in the place. Beds were small singles very uncomfortable. Said there was parking yes a car park at the end of the road. Booked for 4 but 5 of us went. I let them know out of courtesy AND they charged another £40 even though when I looked on booking.com it was the same price for 4 or 5.

The location was central but there was a terrible row between a couple around 2am right outside the back of the house, just one of those things so not our hosts fault but it spoilt our nights sleep. Also, there were no instructions for the internet or TV. I think Netflix should be set up and included in the price we paid. Plus, the floors weren’t properly swept in the living room and the paintwork/skirting’s etc need repainting. Finally, I had to use the washing machine and the pipe wasn’t connected under the sink so water flooded everywhere inside the cupboard and on the floor!!!

Location was great as you are a few minutes walk into the city centre. Key code entry was easy to use. House was set out ok. Bedding and towels were clean

A bigger fridge is needed (we were 8 people) Not enough glasses for drinks of same kind. House would benefit from a bigger shower/bathroom. One toilet isn't enough for 8 guests! Spiders & cobwebs in every room ( needs a deep clean!) Plates in the kitchen were dirty, glad we had taken paper plates to use! Outside bin would benefit from being emptied more as we couldn't fit our rubbish in it. We had a problem with the bathroom tap, someone came out to fix it but by the end of the day it was still extremely hot and we were unable to use it so we were using the tap on the bath! Shower is very small. Bins are needed in each bedroom. There was only 1 bin & that was in the bathroom.

Location. Well equipped.

The property is in need of refurbishment. Lino in the kitchen was ripped. Couldn’t regulate the water on the Bathroom sink (very hot) which was unsafe when we had young children, also the sink plug got stuck when pressed down and very difficult to get it out. Attic window very inaccessible, we had to stand on a chair to close the window and blind. Carpets were stained in the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the dial for the central heating (instructions were incorrect). The property is not in a nice area. We really didn’t think it was worth the cost of the stay.
