Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Friendly staff and very easy access to the restaurant downstairs.

Checkout was tricky, it wasn’t clear where to leave the key.

Large rooms, with bidet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a all you can eat wok restaurant.

The wok restaurant is probably good, but if you want a small bite you have to go elsewhere.

Good location near Gouda and main roads. Very clean and comfortable with good beds and lg room. Staff were very helpful. rooms are above De Golden Wok Restaurant and we enjoyed a GREAT meal there.

Despite of unlike points, facility has paid restaurant is very professional and rich. In fact facility's real bussiness is restaurant and hotel looks like a side bussiness. Airconditioner works well, comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensures quality resting. Wifi is slow but ok, 7 mbps. You cannot use it for bussiness. Good cost is biggest advantage. In the middle of Zoetermeer, Leiden and Gouda around 12km each.

Bath has yellow marks and wardrobe shelves were dusty. One of the hand towel has ruptures. The other towels are also not in a good condition, I can feel from the fabric that they are not suitable for a hotel. Also, bed was double that is good but linens are single. It was very strange organization. Toilet is japanese style, it took time to get used to because you do not expect any difference from usual staff when you book an hotel room. Also reception is closed from 22:00 till 13:00 the next day. You need to use evacuation door in those hours so it is not family friendly. There is large parking are a but in dinner time it is full with cars of restaurant customer.

A nice hotel, which was a conference hotel. It is now a hotel with a chinese restaurant. The rooms are very large. The beds are verry comfortable and big. Bathroom is quiete luxurary and has any comfort needed. In the room is coffee or tea available. The hotel is quiet. Free parking.

Lobby is fully closed between 22-13 o'clock! This is not so good. So hotel serves not breakfast only packages. Acceess is in that time only through tiny door with stairs. That is not so good. Room was not cleaned up every day. Only if you say something.

Nice room and bathroom. Could be cleaner, but was oke. The bed was good. Breakfast we did not eat. It was already in the fridge when we arrived. We did not know how long it was there.

Definitely the fact that breakfast allready stould in the fridge the day we arrived. And it was a poorly breakfast.
