Drinks aren’t that good especially the beach bar

I want to say bunch of thanks to animation team guys, particularly to Lulu, that they were doing their best to make people feeling happy, Mohamed who was cleaning our room with his big smile and every second care to my parents. Special thanks to Ahmed, who was working at the reception , with a big smile and full love to his job, I wish that one day your will become a manager of the staff and will teach others how it means to be a real hotel service.

A fisherman who was catching fish in the morning, shouted on me and forcing me to get out of the sea, but when I switched from English into Russian, he changed his tone🤷‍♀️ English speaking people try to use broken English at the hotel territory, because when you ask for a cup water, they tell you that it is not free for all-inclusive , but when you ask it in Russian, it becomes free immediately. I was really disappointed about Ali, who was working in front desk (reception), I assume that the reception is the face of the hotel and even asked him whether he has some personal issues with me, because he was not kind and too disrespectful to me. I assume he was having some sexism or perhaps racism issues with me. P.S. you see my review for 1 day, but I was here for 6 nights, I just booked another room, because I got a late night flight , they had refused to prolong my stay for one more day, thats why I did it in here. It was first and last stay at this hotel, so do not consider going there if you can not speak Russian, otherwise you will feel hater to your English speaking attitude. I am not even from English speaking country, and they have judged me because of using widespread international language.

The place is a well fit for families. The rooms are nice with a nice garden and sea view. The staff is friendly specially Ahmed at the reception. he was very kind and managed to give us rooms near each other.The food is various , delicious and tasty at the main restaurant. we didn’t really enjoy the a large carte menu at the other restaurants. there was a problem with the WiFi which allow you for 4 mb only and they are finished right away. I surety recommend it fir others specifically that is located in a very convenient place close to everything around within a walking distance

the bathrooms where super dirty like disgusting there was poop in the bathroom when I got there and it smelled like sewer water

We had a Royal room it was massive and looked out on to the Pool and Sea.

There were very few Brits and the food summed that up it was mainly Arabian orientated. That didn’t matter too much as I booked only bed and breakfast, Naama Bay is full of good restaurants.

ONLY receptionist ALI , house keeping and activities GEORGE who works at the beach is great guy , the rest is garbage workers.

1-On the beach and pool bar worker , the name HONEY is insist for tourists and cash money in his pockets. 2-Booking selling all inclusive and nothing all inclusive all you need to pay drinks. Egyptian all inclusive and really bed experience. 4- Foods are terrible

The price was US2500 for three nights. It was too expensive and the price simply doesn’t mach the given service

I booked a beach view room, there was no view of the beach all you could see building, i asked them to change the room but they said all rooms were full and i had to take that one. very disappointed. Check in took 1 hour.

Everything was Awesome, staff, breakfast, rooms, location, room service, concierge, House Keeping were Wonderful and very Helpful! the beach and the staff of the beach were Outstanding! Events and activities were Amazing. Thank you ALL!

Good location, near the heart of Na’ama Bay with attentive staff and comfortable rooms for the price. A nice seafront with attentive staff to assist with sun-bed allocation, and also two swimming pools. Pick up to and from the hotel was arranged very efficiently.

Noise. This was a VERY noisy hotel with no constant music blaring in the pool area, on the beach, and a nightly entertainment show that goes on till 10pm. Do not select this hotel if you want peace and quiet! internet connectivity could be better.

You can rename it Marina Communist cells. very small rooms. Very low ceiling. Lake any sort of comfort. Only rate it as 3 starts. No way 4 stars.
