The facilities like swimming pools, bars

The furniture in the room is very old, the room is not looking as a 4 stars hotel. The cleaning solutions was smelling too strong and was not Ok for my 8 month baby, who was sneezing a lot because if it. Too much noise in the hotel

So much Entertainment, activities, shows, kids club, slides, pools all fantastic for kids. Entertainment staff are brilliant, pool at park 2 is busy with water games, music, dance all throughout the day. Slides are brilliant, they are at the top level so a bit of a trek but was manageable . Middle level pools are lovely, beside a bar with good food choices but deep for kids.

Pools and around pools need renovation, my child found 300 loose tiles at the bottom of baby pool, made up a game collecting them all. Some of the steps are wobbly and dangerous. Tiles and drains in parts are black needs power washing. It makes the place look shabby, if it was cleaner it would be an amazing place.

Very nice atmosfere, good food, nice and helpfull staff. We enjoyed every day and the kids loved it. I recomand it and i would totally go back there in the future

Nothing . Food was terrible we stayed for 5 nights on a 12 day trip . We are currently staying in the evenia olympic Gardens all inclusive and it's 5 stars all round .

Breakfast was not very good . There was variety but sausages and bacon was not nice and that's what English tourist like the most

There was a football tournament on , and the hotel was heaving with youngsters , very noisy and created a bit of mayhem , although not hotels fault it did hamper our break

Great place

Big pool with slides was closed in April. It was disappointing because it was the reason for booking the hotel. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful hotel and very close to the beach side and loads of amenities.

I basically liked everything, from staff to food . Went with my this sons they enjoyed everything !!

I didn’t like the first day the floor of My room wasn’t cleaned but then the next day they ended up going and cleaning everything just like it should 💝

Pool area was ok and always life guards on duty.

The food was the worst I've ever had in an all inclusive,Inedible. Pool opened late. Staff rude (apart from late night security guard) nothing going on around the pool or evening entertainment

The reception staff were inhospitable and unkind. We should have been made aware of parking charges prior to booking. There was too long a queue to be checked in, and no help getting luggage to our rooms -we had three small children!

I love the entertainment program for kids, the swimming pools looked good, friendly stuff, really great choice of healthy food for the whole family. We had a big room (suit) which perfectly match our needs. It was quite basic inside but very spacious which is our main priority. Also good view to the swimming area and the stage where kids performances are.

The water in swimming pools was so cold (mid August)! My 6 y.o. would turn blue after 10 min there, while I couldn't get in for 10 min staying at the stairs trying to warm up. Some of the public areas - like hallways, conservatory (actually look dangerous) require maintenance. Really overcrowded. Kids club has almost no toys and some which are available - broken. Still (!) waiting for the payment of my deposit after free of charge cancellation of the original booking! (I made a different one after and cancelled the first one).

The breakfasts were quite good and varied.

The impression of the hotel was spoiled from the very first moment by the receptionist Margarita. Unfortunately, we received unprofessional rude service with yelling and manifestations of racism. We had to look for another hotel and move there.
