The personality of the people that worked in the kitchen , especially Giovanni that asked if there was anyone with any kind of allergies and helped them choosing some good food .

Food can be more various, but still it was not bad, some days even very good and tasty

Breakfast every day same, not a big choice. Very noisy, very small pool and spa with only one sauna, other out of order. Too small rooms, uncomfortable beds, extremely old TV, out of order.

Budget hotel with nice food

We made this reservation for our family to sleep one night. We could not use the room, hotel full of people drunk, noisy, no parking anywhere. It was not the place to stay with children at all, even one night. We had to choose not staying in the hotel because it was imposible to rest in a place like that and NOT appropiate at all for children. We did the search in booking page for a family hotel... THAT IS NOT AN HOTEL FOR A FAMILY WITH SMALL CHILDREN. It would be nice of you, if you return my money back. I am looking forward to hearing from you Regards Francisco Aparicio

The location is amazing for the price and the staff are all brilliant and friendly. The whole hotel was very clean!

This hotel is stuck in another time. WiFi is not free. Too early breakfast. Until 9:45h. An old TV from 20 years ago still taking space in the rooms. Noisy guests. Many party youth and groups. The bathroom has a sign that htop hotels has regard for sustainability and asks guests to reuse the towels, or put to put them on the floor for a change. In reality, all towels are changed every day. Apparently the sustainability aspects are not communicated to the staff. Sachets for shampoo and shower gel and soap blocks are also not done these days.

There was a lot of choice at breakfast and all staff were friendly and efficient. The guy on reception ( forgot his name) but he was great

I think breakfast time and dinner times should be extended, 8- 9am can get a little crowded when lots of guests are there. Mattresses could do with changing. They were passable but not the most comfortable.

The hotel is excellent however despite the fact that the hotel has declared itself to be safe in terms of covid many people walk around the hotel and the dining room without masks. hotel staff don't tell people to follow the rules.
