- breakfast was delicious and a big variety was offered
- free waffles were served in the evening
- it was easy with the dog
- easy to reach from trainstation
- close to city center
- the staff was extraordinary friendly and we felt so welcome
- we took a late train back and it wasn’t a problem at all to stay in the hotel lobby the whole evening
- it was easy to leave our luggage at the hotel during the day

Hotel's location is good in city center.,good breakfast ,good clean shower and bed.
Tv doesn't connect to cable or other sources (no tv),no refrigerator or mini bar, no hairdryer, no any type of slippers (plastic or paper)

We liked just about everything. Loved the warm bathroom floor. The location was perfect, close to train station and cruise line pier. The hotel is vintage with all the necessary items modernized and very clean.
Not a fan of the big fat comforter as the only bed cover. It gets too hot. Need to have access to a medium weight blanket or quilt. If one had been available I would have given a rating of 10.

Nice bed, nice breakfast.
Issues entering my room everyday, very noisy, hard to sleep hearing loud footsteps, absolutely no heating in the room, only in the bathroom.

The size of the room
No window that I could open, old, no class material, no tv. If the price was 100 euro I would be ok with it. Now i paid 375 euro... for 1 night.. which is way out of line...

Walking distance from train station (3min walk) and basically located in the city center, close to main attractions. Bus to airport stops at hotel main entrance. Breakfast is very good. Hotel is clean but would benefit if remodeling is done.

Very central, very close to the station
The breakfast was disappointing. Got slightly harassed at the check in for my passport which I didn't have. Instead of assuming whether a foreigner is an illegal immigrant, the first question should be "do you reside in Norway?".
The room was very hot, had trouble sleeping.
