It was cheap and the room was well sized.

overall, value for money. Had issues with wifi, shower and fridge. One of the staff was helpful, the rest were unable to help. it could use a further clean and an upgrade to facilitates.

The property is in a good location- only 5 mins walk from Harlesden tube station and within walking distance of Wembley. The staff are really pleasant and the rooms are comfortable. You get what you pay for, and for a budget hotel this is excellent. We have stayed here 3 times now and would definitely go back. There is a Tesco Express next door which is great for food and drink for the room. Don't go to the chicken takeaway opposite though, it was filthy!

£9.95 for breakfast is a bit expensive.

Very friendly staff, rooms were nice and location is ideal, drove to the hotel then a small walk to the underground.

We had the biggest room on ground floor, spacious and comfortable. Comfy bed, fridge and kettle in the room. Lovely service overall.

31 January was freezing day and we decided to book room there for 3 nights. The temperature in room was less than 15 degrees. And heating wasn't been working good enough to make room warm. The Heating wasn't Been working good enough.it was very freezing in our Room Number 111.afrer 2 days in this cold room I become ill ( and also some customers Been complaining too)) and we want to get refund but The workers from Hotel Been Lied to Booking.com how all the things are OK.. it wasn't..totally not(( even My bottle of cider Been stolen and I didn't get even get any refunds). Bath didn't had a Plug😅.to use bath you must use something instead of plug)) The manager was don't give cares about customers. 1Star is a Maximum what can I Rate..

It wasn't very expensive compared to other places in London but If I could choose now I wouldn't book this place. Sometimes it's better to pay some more but have some better conditions.

First of all I didn't like the smell on the first floor where my room was. It was awful and you couldn't escape it. Second of all it was very dirty and old, things were broken (Tv, sink). There were cups in the room and tea bags but there was no boiling water, you could ask the hotel worker but their english was not so good. So in the end I didn't use the hot water. I also couldn't charge my phone because my charger was more common in EU and not in BG but they couldn't help me with that.The shower was outside of the room and it was common. It was quite dirty and old. I didn't like going to bathroom. It is not a place where you spend time, just sleep and leave. I would never book it again.

The hospitality of the staffs was excellent,the place is clean,warm room,warm water.
