Bradley is a great host . He helped us with everything from recommending places around to car bookings to tour booking ..he spent time understanding our requirements and gave us great solutions . The location is fab too . The beach is so nice and clean . Also there are many great restaurants around. Would love to visit again.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll From trinity beach and the local restaurants and shops. Bradley was a fabulous host, and the only tour advisor you would need for the area - lots of practical tips on places to go (and what swimming spots are best). I travel a lot with work, am a platinum one with Qantas and a diamond level member of Hilton and so forth. The team at Roydon match that level of attention, with great personality and personal attention.

The manager was very polite and helpful and location was awesome.

It was a shame about the pool being too warm to swim in, and the pool area was very untidy and furniture was old and tired. That was a real let down as we chose this accomodation for the pool so we didn’t have to travel anywhere to swim.

Bradley and Bret were perfect gentlmen, they were always there to help and assist, both incredible people that help and calmed me down after a streesful situation with booking.com. You are awesome and the accomodation 10.

Please be aware if you book with Booking.com. You may be charged twice for the same accomodation. I paid well over $1,200 for just 4 nights stay. Bradley fought well for me but 15 days later I'm still trying to get my money back. I was charged a Vat Fee Aprox $58 and then they took money out of my account illegally as they state you will pay the amount owing to Roydon Appartments. Original price listed from Booking was $580 on Special. My advise never ever book through Booking.com I have been with them for so many years, but try and contact them now, call them good luck. Just save the pain, Bradley and Bret are awesome, never ever will I use booking.com again.
