Breakfast good and location satisfactory

Towels in bedroom,rough and of poor quality,very much of a 3 star hotel,staff confusion about payment for the club room,in addition not an enticing room and in a poor location.

Very nice property, the concierge downstairs was super helpful with helping us plan out excursions and booked them for us. The valet workers were so wonderful.

We used our phone on multiple occasions to call down to the reception or concierge, and housekeeping as well and no one was answering for two days in a row. We had to go downstairs to ask them for something. We ordered room service and after 1.5 hours we called asking where it was because so much time went by, and the person told us his coworker messed up and never put the order in. We waited another 30 minutes and when it finally came it was not to our satisfaction at all, especially since we were paying the service cost and waited so long. Lastly our hair dryer was broken so we asked for a new one and then that new hair dryer broke mid-use, the same way the first one wasn’t working. And our iron was cracked on the side and we couldn’t properly iron our clothes. It felt like everything was a little broken, which wasn’t super pleasant

Room was well appointed, comfy bed was super nice. Hotel was clean and well run

Room was smaller than advertised on booking (34 sqm, was definitely much smaller). Location was not ideal, as it is a good 15/20mn walk from where shops and restaurants start to be of interest. It is also on the plane path to the airport.

Der ganze Aufenthalt hat mir gefallen, die Bedienung, die Auskünfte, die ich haben wollte. Die Ratschläge, wo ich essen gehen soll, etc. Ich war das vierte Mal in Lissabon und habe jeden Besuch genossen.

Für mich als alter Mann wäre es bequemer gewesen, wenn es auf dem Heimweg nicht aufwärts gegangen wäre. Aber weil ich mich ans Treppensteigen in Lissabon gewöhnt bin, habe ich mich auch an diese Tatsache gewöhnt.

Breakfast was okay, I felt it was lacking compared to other hotel breakfast in the area. It was too American and bland vs offering local fare and fresh vegetables.

Room Service. I was told it was 24 hrs ( for certain items on menu) then when I ordered at 10 pm, I was told it could not be delivered at 11 pm because they were too busy. I needed to take a warm shower as we were drenched from the rain storm. So I had to sit in my wet clothes for the food to come, then shower, then eat COLD food. Soup and Salad was over $50.
