Carla was absolutely lovely and met us on arrival, staying in touch with us throughout the booking process and journey on the day. She even bought some warm custard tarts for us on arrival! The apartment was in the heart of Lisbon, excellent location and very comfortable.

Wifi not great, and shower head attachment broken, hopefully this can be sorted without too much problem.

Carla kindly waited for us even though our flight got a bit delayed, gave us a tour of the place and welcomed us to Lisboa with the classic pasteis de nata. The apartment itself is a lovely place with 3 bedrooms, which are situated in a way that made us felt connected yet gave us our own space when we needed it. The location is superb, with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Carla has been quick to respond over WhatsApp whenever we had a question. Our stay couldn't have been better.

We could sometimes near the neighbours upstairs in the evening but understandably with an older building. It was never a problem at bedtime though!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Carla was a superb host and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, right next to the tram and bus and very close to the metro station which is key to moving around Lisbon. Also quite easily accessible and close to the waterline, as well as within easy walking distance to the major sights downtown. Mazy and spacy apartment, which was good fun for the kids, lots of rooms, plenty sleeping options, nice kitchen, spacious dining room, coffee machine. A plethora of dining options, mini market 20 meters away.

Steep steps to the apartments and quite narrow doorways and hallways, but that is just how the building is.

The location is just perfect and the appartments are realy cozy and comfortable. Carla is amazing, thanks once again for warm welcome and nice stay at your apartment!

Location ideal, walking distance to all the main areas of Lisbon. Also plenty of room for family of 5. Carla made us very welcome, even after our very late arrival, and we would highly recommend to stay in Carla's appartment.

This quirky, charming apartment in the heart of Lisbon is a gem. It has enough space for a family of five, and is equipped with everything you might need. The location is great, everything is just a short walk away. The host is fantastic, she provided us with som food upon our late arrival - very thoughtful.

Due to the fantastic location it can be a bit noisy at night. The beds are a bit hard, perfect for me, but perhaps not to everyone’s liking.

Carla was an exception host. The apartment is spacious and well located to explore the best sights of Lisbon. The kids loved it!

We visited in March and apartment was cold at night. Doors for second bedroom did not shut fully so it was cold in the bedroom. Blankets were provided and were necessary to sleep comfortably.

The apartment was within walking distance of just about everywhere. We didn't have to worry about navigating public transport at all. There were lots of excellent restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The flat itself is charming and comfortable.

Not a fault of the property but the place next door was being renovated so there was a lot of drilling which started early in the morning. The street could also be noisy with people coming home from a night out (bearing in mind that people keep later hours in Lisbon).

The owner was waiting for us and gave us lots of information and ideas about what to do and where to go. It was ideally situated and taxis were very reasonable to get round Lisbon. Very enjoyable stay.

We picked up a taxi at the Airport and were taken on a "long ride" and charged 36 Euros which was extortionate. For the return journey I booked a local taxi and was charged 11.60 Euros so be careful,

Very close to everything, Carla the host was very welcome. She brought us wine, cheese, fruit and pastry still hot to try. She also introduces us to the neighborhood, places to eat
