the room had no windows and was very dark

The hotel is located close to the center. At the Reception there are machines where you can buy beer, juice and water, and in the Lobby there is a bar open until 11 p.m. We had a tea maker in the room.

There is no fan or ventilation in the bathroom and that is why steam is created when someone takes a bath. The room is quite small and with basic equipment.

Excellent breakfast.

Very easy to find and the location was great, right near public transport.

- The location is close to the tourist spots so everything is pretty much walk able. - The hairdryer is actually very good in the washroom.

- The room was not what it looked like in the picture. As soon as you enter there is a dusty stink as if the carpets were never vacuumed and cleaned. - Water was dripping on the only table in the room from the AC pipe. When I informed the reception they sent someone to clean it but apparently it is common problem in every room. However, the water kept dripping the entire night. - I personally didn't find the neighborhood safe at night.

Very basic hotel, beds like lying on a slab of concrete, noisy Aircon that carried on making noise for 30minutrs after turning off

The location is not great, even if it is a 15 minute walk to the presqu'ile and 20 to 25 to old Lyon, I find the location does not feel safe. Coming back at night was not an easy task. Considering the price I paid, I was expecting much more.

Lower prices would be more fair. The price is high for the place, the rooms are very small, outdated, they even offer you $5.00 for not cleaning every day. I thought they had to offer me a drink and clean the room instead.

Not enough staff. Receptionist is also the barman.
