kind staff, clean and spacious room. Great shower, decent breakfast and parking available. Walking distance from the beautiful Cathedral and the Petit France.

No complaints. The bed was a bit too soft but still good.

Room was bigger than expected, as well as the shower. Location was great, just around the corner from the city center. For those who didn't have breakfast option at the hotel (we didn't book it) there is a very nice breakfast place nearby with most tasty croissants.

We traveled with a big car and the parking at the hotel was not so easily accessible. Th parking place itself is quite small, the entry is across a tramway, so can be quite stressful to park properly. This is not a hotel's fault, but one has to be wary of this, especially when travelling with a big car.

They had reserved money from my VISA card at checkin and informing me that they are going to release it at checkout time, but they did not and till now I am waiting

The parking entrance is on the other side of the road and you have to cut the traffic flow to get in.

The hotel staff was very polite. The location is good, 2 minutes walk from Austerlitz square with plenty of restaurants & bars and from the Austerlitz parking house. Large screen TV in the room comfy bed.

The hotel is on a main street with quite much traffic (cars and tram) which makes the room a bit noisier than optimal.

The bed was very comfortable we had a standard room which was fine for one night. Nice big walk in shower.

The hotel has private parking available on site which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here, take care to book parking ahead. The staff are very friendly and helpful and although we stayed just one night en-route it was comfortable, had a good breakfast and is within easy walking distance of the old town and centre.

Location was good.

The room was too dark and not having enough lights inside. I booked the hotel to access parking but they didn’t allow my Audi Q3 to access the park because was too big, later on noticed other cars same size of mine were parked in the parking. The room didn’t have a spoon to add auger in your coffee . Not for family

The room that I received was not according to expectation based on the pictures. I booked ‚Deluxe Room‘ and received a dark small room on ground level. Super low ceilings, could not stand up straight in the bath room. Windows to the parking lot immediately in front of the room. Noisy floor with slapping doors all the time. And someone started vacuum cleaning on Sun, 8:00am… Overall one of the worst room experiences in my whole traveller life. In addition, very very narrow parking garage (you need some skills…). Parking should be reserved beforehand (I was told upon arrival…). Breakfast area quite crowded, quality was good.

I can't comment on the hotel overall, but i can definitely recommend that room 001 should not exist (same opinion with other reviews here). This is a standard room, on the ground floor next to the parking. Although the full price of the room according to their price table is 500 eur/ night ( we paid much less via booking.com) the room is a nightmare from my point of view. The carpet in the room was dirty, there is no ventilation whatsoever in the room as you have to choose between keeping open 2 tiny windows that lead into the parking with all the noise this implies or open the AC, that due to the very tiny and claustrophobic size of the room is just next to the bed so it blows exactly on the bed and you get sick. The bathroom, although suitable for disabled people(not sure though a disabled person can fit a wheelchair there due to the size of the room and position of the furniture) has no ventilation either, so all steam goes into the room. There is no central light source in the room, the only light beeing given by some desk lamps, so it's dark as in a basement. Unless you open the blinds and everyone passing from the parking can look straight in your room. The parking ( although myself have not parked there), i consider very small and many cars where struggling to park ( or exit the car afterwards). Compared to other hotels we stayed in France, this is way at the bottom of my list.
