The room was ok to stay for a few fays.

The staff has no understanding of customer satisfaction. Check out time is 11 am. They keep calling you twice or three times as of 10.45 am to leave the room. I can understand the hotel is fully booked and it has to be cleaned, but calling you a few times before check out time is unacceptable.

Decent value for money.

Towels and toilet paper were not replaced during our 6 day stay. Perhaps we needed to ask for this, not clear then.

This was the perfect little apartment for us to stay in! Really clean, had everything we needed, close to the Carrefour, bakery and public transport.

the property was really good but we had to check out early because of the hot weather some days during our stay , we weren’t going to leave if the weather was good these days.

Front desk employees were very nice! Always with a smile! Breakfast was decent!

The hotel has nothing to do with the photos! It is on a quiet area but if you want to go to metro you need more than 10’! Also to arrive to city center always you need to change a metro line! Coming to the rooms! Always a smell coming for the Wc. No air Contition! No change of towels! We asked for a baby cot and what we received was only the bed without mattress and bed linen because as they say said they don’t provide! I will know for next time to bring from home a mattress 🤪🤪🤪! In general it didn’t for fill my expectations ! It Is a super low quality APARTMENT HOTEL! I would never recommend especially if you are with children!

cheap, calm, the staff was nice

Rooms were cleaned only once a week, which is not enough! Beds smelled like smoke. The place is outside of the city (45 min with public transportation). Buses didn't run on time, so we needed to walk 15 minutes to get to the closest metro station.

We liked the cleanliness, the terrace and the coffee machine, also the room was nice. We also liked the guy on the reception, he was very friendly and helpfull.

We have informed the hotel that one person is in the wheelchair. When we came after midnight elevator was out of order but nobody informed us about that or change our room to the lower floor. Next morning it was the same situation, elevator was repaired not before noon and we had to leave earlier. Also, unlike her male colleague the girl at the front desk was rude throuhout our stay and in the end she even tried to charge us for a breakfast we didn’t consume.

Breakfast was good but maybe $11/- was a little bit expensive for what was provided.

The Elevators were not working for 3 days & it was quite hard to take heavy luggage up a flight of steep stairs.

Very nice and quiet nabourhood. No noice from the street. Very friendly and English speaking staff. Free coffee all day! Metro station 10 min. walk away.

Parking garage conveniently located in the basement - but it was only 1.90 meter high, so our van didn't fit. However the staff helped us finding a public parking garage 200 meter down the road:-)

Located in a quiet place, with basic food shops close by. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly. Practical car parking in the basement.

The kitchen is very cheaply furnished. There is not even a cutlery drawer. In our apartment, the kitchenette was in the room and the fridge was growling during the whole night.
