Segara Lombok is the most beautiful place if you like a quite holiday in paradise. The staff is super-friendly, the food is amazing and Hotel is perfect in total.

The situation directly on the beach is nice, the beach itself is sandy, but the sea ground itself is very rocky once you get into the water. Depending also on tides. The free shuttle to the nearby beach in Selong is an excellent compensation, since the fine sand and the good waves there are perfect. Also the pool on site of the villas is very nice.

Really special few days at Segara. The resort has everything you need to kick back and relax. Right on the beach with good surf and it is mostly clean. Friendly staff and an exceptional restaurant make the stay very comfortable.

The resort far surpassed our expectations. It was brilliant from the staff, the location right on the beach, the comfort (stunning outdoor bathroom), the food. We were in heaven.

Super location and great bungalows, which are well designed and crafted. Even if the space is small you don't feel cramped. Segara Longbok is small and that makes it a super place if you like a quite and relaxing time with excellent and kind personal service. Amazing beach, which isn't well suited for children to swim. That was no damper to our experience. Segara Lombok provides a free shuttle to the amazing beach Selong Blanak. A ten minute ride brings you to this super beach for everyone, small or big, young and old.

If there would be surfboards available to rent this place would be top notch. There's a stretched out reef for advanced surfing off the beach. But then, most surfers attracted to that come prepared.

Each bungalow is self contained with a beautiful outdoor bathroom. The bathroom is covered so it can be used when raining. The hotel property isn't big, but everything is laid out well, with the pool and restaurant practically on the beach-front. Food was tasty and value for money, and staff were very helpful.

Occasionally the generator would go out meaning the resort (or maybe just my room/the restaurant) would lose power, but that's probably the most minor thing to be concerned about as it would always be back up in a few minutes. Location-wise it's a little far from the more touristy north part of the island, but it's close to the airport and some other resorts/locations on the south.

Nice view, quiet sandy beach, good service in hotel and a wide selection of food in the restaurant. Even some rainy dais you feel like in paradise.

This was the NICEST hotel/resort I have ever stayed in anywhere! Just go, it's so beautiful. Ask for a deluxe room with outdoor shower and bath :) Great surfing right on the beach in front of the hotel too!

The staff were especially friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. A very good restaurant and great views. Very good wifi as well. Wonderful.

Segara Lombok has created a wonderful week for us. The aesthetics of this place are just beyond. You have your cottage, the pool and the beach so close to each other, it is just super easy and relaxing. The service and cleanliness were immaculate- but what was most important for us : this was the kindest staff we ever met. So warm-hearted. We so recommend this place.

The smell of the room was off, we had to leave the doors open to get it to clear out. We think it was the cleaning supplies but not sure.

Right on the beach with sublime backdrops. Wonderful staff. Great menu.

One complaint. Too many day trippers taking up all the space and resources. We couldn’t score a beachside bungalow at any stage because of them. They would often take over the restaurant in large numbers and there was even a nasty dog fight with one of the visitors pet.

The Segara Lombok is truly exceptional. Incredibly beautiful accommodation in a super location. There are only a few bungalows. This makes for a very private and personal atmosphere. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. They are all happy to make small talk and tell you about the local culture and the island. Especially Sahman from the reception and Augustin the waiter are super friendly. We talked a lot with Augustin. He gave us insights into the culture, taught us words in his language and told us about his life. With Sahman we did the waterfall tour. We can recommend this tour to all visitors of Segara. Sahman speaks great English and is very friendly. He makes you feel like you are not just a tourist, but rather a friend. The highlight of the tour was lunch at Sahman's home. His wife cooked a typical meal and we got an insight into the family life. It was one of the best experiences in Lombok. Should you travel to Lombok, we definitely recommend the Segara Lombok

Perfection, pure and simple in every way, from the locale, location, amenities, food, drinks and most of all the staff. A perfect 10.

The Segara-Team was always very kind and everything was handeled very professional. They fulfilled every wish we had. It was very clean, nice bungwalos with a amazing bathroom. The location was very quiet and had a chilled atmosphere with a very clean beach infront. All the food we ate was delicious! We would always come back to Segara, it was the best hotel we have ever been to.
