General character and comfort. Breakfast was outstanding

We hadn’t realised that there is live music playing until around 11pm in the evening in the courtyard restaurant in the middle of the hotel so it was a bit noisy. Fine if you want a party!

A fantastic old building, but been kept up to date. We had motorbikes and they put them in a garage. Great outside bar and we got a free glass of Champagne on arrival. Very clean and the staff were very nice.

Excellent size rooms and bathroom. Very helpful staff for recommendations around town. Lovely sparkling Reisling welcome drink. Comfortable bed, pillow and comforter. Quiet rooms. Restaurant is excellent.

Uncertain from where it was coming but hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and blew into room when door was opened. Would be nice to have separate shampoo from body wash.

I know this property for many years. Family owned and operated, the Breuers stay consistant in their quest to deliver excellent service, especially in the food and beverage department. Their own winery produces award-winning wines, the menues offer innovative combinations with focus on fresh, local and healthy cuisine. The breakfast alone deserves an extra star! The service staff is outstanding, the atmosphere inviting and friendly with excellent musical entertainment.

We arrived at this hotel to be greeted by a very friendly lady on reception, who kindly offered us a drink on arrival. We were offered a parking garage for our two motorcycles which was excellent and just opposite the hotel. The hotel was in an excellent location for all sightseeing. The room was excellent & very clean and comfy. Even though there is no air conditioning a fan was provided and there are shutters on the windows to keep the heat out. The buffet breakfast was very good and included in the price of the room.

insufficient information in the rooms - how to work the air conditioning, breakfast times, things to do, there was a mini fridge/bar in the room but no tea making facilities. otherwise very comfortable rooms and good beds.

The hotel, it is really nice and cozy. They have a very nice terrace and other dinning rooms. They have live music almost every night. We like the great support and attention, very good breakfasts, they invite you sparkling wine after breakfast of their own wine yard! Size of the room an bathroom, everything very clean, they have parking lot, they put and umbrella in the room and give me a plug adaptor. Very supportive always.

No air condition, they give soap and shampoo but no hair condition, no smart tv and all the tv channels where in German.

Love the vintage feel of the Schloss. Very clean and large room, excellent dining and live music at dinner. Great atmosphere, parking on the grounds and perfect location.

I liked everything!

The hotel was perfect, rooms were beautiful, staff friendly and really helpful and the food was so good. Nothing was too much trouble .

The location is great, the breakfast is amazing, the staff was super helpful and nice despite having upcoming COVID restrictions. The room was beautiful and clean and beds were comfortable.

The only issue was that we couldn't really control the heat; we turned it off but the room was really hot despite airing out the heat. Not a bad thing though once winter comes!

The owners of this hotel are so passionate about their business and the staff were amazing, friendly and almost like a smal family. If you are a couple and you are looking for spending nice holiday at the top quality charming place this is where you should go.
