room had bugs and spiders, bed was uncomfortable you sank in it. bathroom was small and the shower box did not close correctly and water covered the bathroom floor.

We know it was a Heat wafe, but rooms was very hot... perhaps a fan would have helped...

The bedroom and bathroom were very tiny, with no room for movement. The shower was not working. There were insects over the bed. As on the hotel page it was written that there would be no cleaning service and that we would need to sweep the room at check out, under penalty of having to pay a fine of 50 euros (I thought it was absurd, I've never seen anything like that in countless hotels I've stayed at), we spent some time cleaning the room.

Pillows was not comfortable. Kitchen was small.

The room is very small, it is difficult to put down the two suitcases.There is no parking lot, and the parking lot is a bit far away, holding a box to walk a steep ramp. The hotel accommodation is a bit far away from the front desk, and it is difficult to walk with the suitcase. The accommodation has no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow. We didn't drink the water in the refrigerator, but the hotel was charged while paying, and we found it in time.

there was no elevator .. the furniture and bed sheets were a bit old (smelly)

Everything was very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. I spent the night in a single room in one of the separate buildings. The room has everything you need. The location is perfect, I would love to come again.

The bathroom is tiny, literally there is no place to turn around. The room was a bit noisy, I could hear people from some other room talking.

Very clean, good breakfast, good for the value, responsive staff

Heater was always on (we tried to turn it off as we didn't want it, weather was super warm still) , we even asked the staff to confirm the off position, seemed like the valve was broken. So we had to keep windows cracked open at night. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise late into the night coming from the street and parking lot across from the hotel (not the hotel's fault of course), but a bad combo since the heater was stuck and always on.

Location is brilliant, 2 minute walk from the Drosselgasse. The room was very clean and comfortable. Secure garage parking for my motorbike.

The room was a bit on the small side, I expected bigger from the pics on booking.com. "Abby" the hotel dog wasn't around at checkout for me to kidnap.
