the staff were helpful, the location was not far from the main route (we were travelling from the ferry at Amsterdam to the Swiss Alps) The car park beside the hotel had an electric charger which was the reason for our choice

Very friendly and service-oriented staff (kudos!), the choice and quality of cereals at breakfast is particularly good, coffee machine available at all times at the lobby without extra charge, very comfortable bed, the very large parking garage is part of the same building and easy to access.

I find 175 euros per night in a single room excessive for this hotel, in a city like Darmstadt. But apparently there was some bigger event taking place in Frankfurt (our original destination), where the prices were obscene. So I am guessing that the demand there drove the prices up in Darmstadt too?

The room was tight, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located in the inner part of the city, and one can easily reach public transport and many restaurants, bars and shops in the neighbourhood.

Safe was not attached, so you can just ut it in a bag and take away, so it does not make any sense to use it

I liked the central location & it was very close to where I had to get to for my work. The room was comfortable & very clean. The breakfast was good & I liked the coffee machine by reception too.

I would have preferred a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea when I woke up!
