Emplacement idéal à côté de la gare et la rue principale. Grande chambre, très calme. Une vue superbe, très bon buffet de petit déjeuner

Su ubicación cercana a la estación de tren es muy cómoda. La habitación fue amplia, acogedora y con las camas muy confortables. El desayuno es fantástico con una gran variedad en su oferta con un servicio muy profesional y amable.
El restaurante cierra demasiado pronto por la noche teniendo en cuenta que los huéspedes aprovechamos todo lo que podemos los días de verano. Algunas salas del hotel necesitan una puesta al día y sin duda alguna deben mejorar la entrada que es lamentable. Parece que vas a entrar en un centro comercial.

The outstanding hospitality of the late reception representative, even late at night they made us feel so cozy and comfortable like home. The best reception manager I have ever faced, globally. The location is incredible. Top destination.

The hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on hiking trials in Wengen. The location was perfect for train travel.

Location to railway station was ideal, very clean hotel, friendly & informative staff, very helpful. View from room was amazing. Had a balcony which is a plus.

Small bed, noisy, not a twin bed. No A/C. Balcony needs a paint job. Balcony chair was covered in rust/stains on its arms. Not the comfort i would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Unfair value for money, outdated furniture, outdated devices, facilities, everything inside the hotel is actually too old, this is unfortunately quite a dissapointment especially for a 4-star hotel in Switzerland, the hotel is overrated on this website

Overall Hotel and Room was very clean. Loved the Spa area, very relaxing. Room was large and felt spacious, the doors to the balcony and windows in room opened to allow fresh air, which is nice. Location was great to hiking. The restaurant on-site is excellent for both dinner, and the (included) breakfast had a lot of options.
Massage therapist was not on staff, could have been the time of the year. Low occupancy during this time of year. Mid-May. This hotel thankfully was open, as most of Wengen is closed down during May. Nightly rates are slightly overpriced for low season.
