Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung, die Lage des Hotels ist super! Das Frühstück war super vielfältig und lecker!

Wir haben das Hotel insbesondere wegen des hochgelobten Essens gelobt und wurden dahingehend sehr enttäuscht. Das Abendessen war bei weitem kein 4-Sterne-Niveau. Insbesondere die Hauptgänge waren unwirklich enttäuschend, das Essen war kalt und handwerklich nicht gut! Zudem gab es bspw. an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden Risotto in der pescetarischen Option. Auch die Desserts waren an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden fast identisch. Wir waren insgesamt vom Abendessen sehr enttäuscht. Der Wasserkocher in unserem Zimmer war von innen verschimmelt, als wir an der Rezeption deshalb nach einem neuen Wasserkocher baten, erhielten wir einen anderen, ohne dass sich für diesen Fauxpas entschuldigt wurde?!

Kompetenz der Geschäftsleistung , keine Termine für Massagen, mein Mann durfte leider nicht in die Therme , Sauna ,Bademeister wollte es nicht da mein mann einen künstlichen Ausgang hat kein Radonbad angeblich nur mit Attest was gar nicht stimmte ,

Big room with large balcony & nice views. Mini fridge was very useful. Breakfast selection was great. Had dinner at the hotel twice and both were excellent. Short bus ride to Bad Gastein.

Room is getting a little dated and could use a refresh. Hair dryer repeatedly overheated.

The location of the CESTA hotel in Bad Bruck is conveniently located opposite a bus stop with regular bus services. The hotel rooms are outstanding big with good cupboard space, a comfy bed, well equipped bathroom, and as we were there in winter - good heating. Breakfast buffet offers a big variety of food (cold and hot, salty and sweet). Spa - the swimming pool is a good size for swimming and temperature of the water makes you stay in comfortably. The use of sauna area and steam bath is mixed, which is not everyone´s liking. A big praise to the staff at the bar area and the restaurant, they were very professional and friendly.

It would have been nice to have a few evening entertainments, e.g. live music - on the pianos in the bar area; presentations of the healing qualities of the thermal water and the Heilstollen or a presentation of hikes or skiing options (through the local hotel guide - Ingrid maybe). As the hotel is not in the town of Bad Gastein, this evening entertainments could be welcomed by guests and could add to the hotels activities.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker, insbesondere wurde auch auf Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten eingegangen. Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet.

Fantasztikus ételek és személyzet. Külön kiemelnénk a Renátát a recepciónál akinek profizmusa, kedvessége és segítőkészsége bearanyozta minden napunkat már az érkezésünkkor és mindvégig.

A szoba bútorzata kissé régimódi és helyenként kopott, de a tisztaság mindenütt tökéletesen rendben volt. A takarító személyzet munkája kompenzálta a hiányosságokat.
