La struttura è pulita e ben organizzata.
Le camere sono di stile e riscaldate.
La piscina ed il solarium sono una chicca.
Il personale gentile e discreto.
Direi che nel complesso tutto ha soddisfatto le aspettative.

everything. the breakfast , the dinners , the service from all employees specially Marina from reception she made us feel really welcome.

Everything! The hotel, food, pool and spa facilities were fantastic. The decor stylish and the ambience warm & welcoming. The staff were friendly yet professional and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. We felt 100% spoilt and would definitely stay again
Hard to find anything we didn't like but our balcony was small with a restricted view so was not really usable as a balcony, which was not a problem in February but if we returned during warmer months we would request a room with a better balcony space.

Made our trip SO easy! Wonderful, helpful staff, ample parking, ski lockers with boot warmers at the entrance, free ski bus right outside the hotel every 20 minutes, beautiful pool with glass lounge area overlooking the village,, Saunax3, jacuzzi, cold plunge shower, complimentary afternoon tea, excellent breakfast AND dinner included. Loved it all!

i liked that the room was clean and the staff was very nice .. for us with a little baby it was a pleasant stay.. the room for kids was useful too.. overall we liked it alot.
the only thing that I didn’t like is that we couldn’t come earlier than 16:00 .. and we should have been gone by 10:00 in the morning.. it was a short time , not even 24 hours .

Good location.
Very uncomfortable mattresses. Short, only 180cm and such a springs type. Any movement made his whole body sway. I did not sleep a single night. I was surprised by this for a hotel for 200 Euros per night in off-season.
The door to the room banged when someone else went to their room. I do not know why. Probably a draft. It kept me awake at night.

We had a perfect vacation at this hotel. Everything was newly refurbished in this fammily owned hotel. Welcoming staff ready to help with all your info and needs. The family room is large enough for 2 kids,maybe even for 3.Great breakfast and fine dinining every evening with a lot of choices. and also delicios and healthy kids menu. Sauna and outdoor heated pool just perfect after one day on the slopes. The bus station is 10 m away.

The interior design, the beds, the realxation lounge with tea room, the views,welness area, location, staff… just perfect !

Brand new hotel with amazing rooms, very good food and drinks. The location is very comfortable if you want to move around: as it is in a small village and it isn't lost in the mountains, it's easier to reach different places. The swimming pool is amazing and the view is beautiful too; all the relax area is perfect for when you finish your tiring day spent in the mountains. The hotel also gives you free Holidaypass which gives you access to free or discount services (such as hiring bikes or e-bikes in the rental shop nearby). Very recommended, we'd love to stay here again!

The restaurant is quite good (breakfast and dinner)
The rooms are new and very clean
Our room had a spacious balcony with chairs and one table

They have bikes and e-bikes to rent
They organize guided bike tours

They were renovating some areas of the hotel and all the mess was there at plain sight and in the corridors to our room (July 2021)
The front desk ladies (except one who seemed to be the head of the front desk) had absolutely no clue regarding activities in the area and/or basic questions about the most important attractions in that part of the region, which was quite frustrating…

Almost perfect staying, everything is very nice and the food is super good, strongly suggested for a relaxing weekend. They have an excellent wellness area
In a year this place will be amazing, some parts of the building is under construction (just to find a less perfect thing).

I just can say i really loved the breakfast and the room and the spa..everything was wonderful! It was the perfect place for a perfect relaxing weekend. The great position made me reach very quickly the places i wanted to visit.
So i'll go back to this hotel of course!
