Noisy rooms with poor sound isolation . Check in can be difficult because of not too easy parking in front of the hotel.

- Airconditioning temperature inside the rooms is controlled only by the reception which usually turnned it off during the night. We went in a super hot days and it was a quite bothering keep asking to the reception to turn it on. That would be nice if they could, at least, offer some individual fans for the clients.

They were amazing from minute one, when I was doing the checking I had a request which was very well satisfied. I needed to stay longer on my room because I have a very important Interview they said yes from the beginning and make it happen. It was incredible experience I regret not staying there my whole time at Zaragoza and if I am coming back definitely repeat the experience with them. Highly recommended place to stay location its just perfect.

My room was tiny, which for a couple of days isn’t a problem - so much to see, not much time spent in the room.

Clean and nice hotel, placed in the heart of the town, 50m to the bus stop La Seo, walking distance to the main touristic places. Checked in online before arrival, very nice staff. The cafeteria and the restaurant are great: good coffee and food, decent prices. Thank you, you made my trip very enjoyable!

Location is superb and the desk help was excellent.

No easy parking, but it is not their fault as per the location. The hotel does offer a discount for the local parking lot.

Very central location in Zaragoza. good breakfast. Taxi from train station €12 but we walked back to the station when we left, mostly through parks which took abt 45 mins (very flat). Staff helpful and friendly.

Probably this was the best choice for the accomodation. Location couldn’t be better, walking distance to everything, the hotel is very clean, looks new, the cafeteria downstairs is nice and the a la carte dinner is delicious and much at better prices than the restaurants around, which were also full all the times, while at the hotel restaurant is very cosy and more private. The breakfast was also good, with many choices.

Just to mention something here: you can really hear everything happening in the rooms around you. It’s worse than ever experienced so far…but all the rest beat this, I would say. I would choose the same hotel if back in Zaragosa.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is really close to the main square and transports. Excellent staff.
