Comfortable and spacious room with large ensuite. All the staff were particularly helpful and friendly.

Excellent location in the center of zaragoza, just a few steps from all sites and the Tube for good eating. Parking is available nearby in an underground garage. Room is pretty big, we had a triple.

Great central location and great allergy awareness by breakfast staff, especially Nieves. Gluten free bread and lactose free milk was available. One of us was unwell and Nieves kindly provided a plate with a lovely gluten free breakfast selection to eat, which made all the difference to our trip. The room was nicely decorated and there was a choice of two pillows.

There was only one bedside socket in a twin room. This made it difficult to charge our various electronic devices. The bathroom was spotless and functional but could do with an update

The first room we got had some smoke smell, even though the Hotel has a no smoke policy.

Great location in the middle of a busy town. Hotel receptionist was really helpful. The hotel was ok and I guess you get what you pay for. It was nothing special, it was 'acceptable' for the price you pay. The beds were clean, but the rooms are dated and not brilliantly cleaned.

The hotel and rooms were 'tired' and not cleaned very well - there were sticky sweets behind the entrance doors in one of the rooms and the shower leaked in the other (shower over the bath. Rooms should either have a bath or a shower - not a mixture of both. It needs a good overhaul. If you are on a budget and and you're not too fussy then it's ok. Car parking could be an issue if you don't know your way around :-(

Great location and clean, well kept room and hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good size and comfortable bed. Room had juliette balcony doors overlooking bustling street which which was nice to sit by and watch the world go by, but quiet when closed.

Our room was very tired looking.Think rest of rooms had all been renovated.The room was also very dark as curtains had to be kept closed due to room opening onto a central courtyard.
