The Location is the best it is very nice and it is in barrio Salamanca, the best location to stay in Madrid. The staff is very nice and very helpful totally recommend.

We liked the location

This hotel has very poor facilities and charge premium we do not think that this hotel is qualified for high rate They also could not confirm that I have paid although showed official Mastercard approval I never write a review but this visit was a great fail we are business travelers that visit many hotel also in Salamanca area This hotel was such a big disappointment so I have decided to notify other potential travelers

The people! The staff at ICON Wipcon were exceptional! The location next to great restaurants and shopping fit our needs. The recommendations from all of the employees were spot on and they gave us reason to go back.

location is great

beds very uncomfortable. room 302 extremely noisy with the elevator working most of the day. impossible to nap. cleaning service not consistent (2 days out of 4) but hotel staff made it up with nice message and jamón.

The only inconvenient in our room was the slant in the roof A bit unconfortable

The whole staff was incredibly helpful. Front desk staff was awesome, very personable, and went out of their way to make sure eay had an awesome stay. Bar service was excellent, Simone always had a smile and knew us by name. Would highly recommend
