Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse hos er. Hade en superfin och fräsch lägenhet som låg i annexet bredvid hotellet. Personalen hjälpsam när vi inte kunde ta oss in i safetyboxen, snabba när vi behövde glödlampa på balkongen. Bara plus från oss i 4014. All-inclusive var toppen. Maten god, här fanns nåt för alla. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka nästa år!

Parking is impossible and car will be taken away if you leave it on the street.

The best omelette I’ve ever tasted. Location is excellent but it is uphill so not good for people with mobility problems. Very good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Staff all very friendly and the hotel in lovely and clean.

We came there 11 o’clock in the morning, with the bus from airport till palmanova and had to walk about 700m to the hotel. Location probably one of the best in this city for the hotel, it is on top of a peninsula. With the wonderful sea view. It is a big hotel with a nice stuff, good facilities. Buffet had a good and big choice of food, every day something new, but if you will get half board you would only be able to drink water and no soft drinks, coffee etc. I would also like to mention Santiago every day he greeted us with a smile and gave us good mood during the buffet, nice person. Overall we had really good stay there. In the evening it is best time to chill to party to enjoy the view, city.

When you came for check in they probably will offer you “an upgrade” to apartment room, this is not an upgrade, they probably just want to earn some money on this. We booked one comfort double room and one apartment room. And during check in they told us that we got second room as well apartment one, you can either refuse or accept it. Apartment room is a bigger one but it is in building like 15 meters away. Not in the main building. Hotel room is a smaller but with the nicer view. But don’t be scared to demand what you booked. Room furniture should be renovated. And the main problem is a bed, it wasn't just a double bed it was two beds that shifted together, but they were constantly moving apart, they were both on wheels, it was simply unbearable, and the main problem of the hotel, I had never seen such bad beds. If you are a couple that can spoil the romantic mood in the evening. Fix that please.

Die komplette Hotelanlage hat uns überzeugt und wir werden wiederkommen. Am besten hat uns die Lage, der Pool und der Strandabschnitt gefallen.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Beim Essen gibt es allerdings noch Luft nach oben. Uns ist bewusst, dass das Essen nicht wie in Deutschland schmeckt. Allerdings war das Essen zum Teil kalt, versalzen oder extrem süß.

Essen war gut, Auswahl war ok, hätte aber für die Größe des Hotels ein größeres Buffet erwartet. War aber wahrscheinlich wegen der Vorsaison noch etwas zurückhaltend. Hat aber alles gut geschmeckt. Meerblick wie gewollt war gut, es liegt direkt in einer kleinen Bucht mit Sandstrand in nächster Nähe, kleine eigene Pool Anlage am Haus.

Schlechte Park Situation am und ums Haus. Wer ein Auto hat muss hoffen, dass er noch einen P bekommt. Durch Umbaumassnahmen war der Fitness Raum nicht erreichbar. Zweimal kein Wasser, einmal einen ganzen Tag kein warmes Wasser, erst auf Druck von mir wurde das bei mir wieder angestellt (abends). Böden waren immer leicht schmutzig im Zimmer, kleine Ameisen spazierten zeitweise im Zimmer. Personal extrem zurückhaltend, hatte ich so noch nie erlebt. Freundlich aber nur da um abzuräumen. Hatte mal einen klebrigen Tisch, ich bekam nur Servietten um das abzudecken. Kein Alkohol im all inclusive. Nur zum Mittag und Abendessen Standard Wein und Bier. An den Bars absolut keinen Ausschank, nur per Bezahlung.

The location and the views were fantastic

The hotel would of been great if it wasn’t being refurbished while we were staying there, ie lifts to the pool not working, toilets with no lights, water on floors with buckets, drilling and banging noises while sitting round the pool. In our opinion the hotel should have not been open yet.

Nice friendly staff, hotel was very clean and tidy even with a lot of construction work being completed, staff were very helpful and attentive.

At vi denne gang blev sendt over på den anden side af vejen på Leonardo Suites Hotel, selvom det ikke var det vi havde booket hjemmefra. Det var skuffende.

Невероятна гледка от целия хотел. От басейна по едни стълби може да се влезе в морето, а плажната ивица е на една ръка ръстояние. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Чистотата на ново. Персоналът любезен и изкючителни професионалисти, работят като добре смазана машина. Поздравления!

The room was a good size would have been perfect if you are self catering , good breakfast good dinner lots of choice , the room was very clean . Snack bar was ok . All in all I would say a decent hotel .

Things that could be improved as we arrived at the hotel after booking here we was told your across the road in the sister hotel which was fine but there’s a lack of communication here no one to greet you and show you around very regimental in there ways not over friendly quite noisy at night lots of banging around no security to keep people in line . The property next door had dogs chained up and they constantly bark keeping you awake not sure why as it’s obvious people are in bed very annoying when you’re trying to relax on your holiday !

Un hotel da sogno: cambio asciugamani praticamente tutti i giorni, varietà dei pasti fantastica (pesce, carne, sushi,frutta fresca, una varietà di dolci che non ve lo dico).

Non mi è piaciuta una scena vista una sera a cena. Noi avevamo mezza pensione, ma non ci avevano detto che non avevamo accesso alle bibite. Quindi una sera ci accingiamo a prendere della birra e ci viene detto che non si poteva prendere. Ok, perfetto, basta saperlo. Ma è successo a più persone con mezza pensione e addirittura il cameriere (alto, antipatico e maleducato) ha tolto dalle mani il caffè ad una signora, buttandoglielo. Preciso che le regole vanno assolutamente rispettate ma non credo che sia stata un’ottima mossa quella del cameriere che , trattando con maleducazione la signora, ha rotto la fantastica atmosfera che c’era.

Food- bizarre choices at breakfast like carrots and Brussels sprouts- then no choice of veg at dinner New rules that guests are not allowed to use the patio area overlooking the sea and a small pebble beach because the area has been utilised as a snack bar / bar - for the last 6 years we have used this area as our preferred spot for sunbathing/ swimming- clearly the need to make money is priority- we were required to vacate our spot by the lifeguard- yet security in the pool was lax with people using it who clearly were not paying guests- not enough sun beds around pool so we had to go to beach incurring more expense for beach sun beds. The pool sunbathing area has been reduced in order to facilitate the snack bar.

One positive aspect of our stay was the daily change of beds and towels, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleaning professionals were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience more enjoyable. Despite not receiving the desired sea view, the alternative skyline/beach view was still quite lovely and added a touch of beauty to our stay.

We selected this establishment based on its diverse culinary offerings and picturesque vistas. Initially, our waiter exuded warmth and amiability, providing us with valuable recommendations. Regrettably, our experience quickly took a downturn when our food and beverages arrived, failing to meet our lofty expectations. The libation presented a distressing presence of solidified sugar, while the steak, disappointingly, possessed an inordinate degree of toughness, compounded by an unconventional accompaniment of a halved tomato. One must question the rationale behind pairing a mere portion of a sliced tomato with a steak, not to mention the minuscule 4 by 4 cm iceberg lettuce garnish. The unsatisfactory nature of our meal prompted our decision to promptly depart. A waitstaff member inquired about our dissatisfaction, persistently seeking an explanation. Despite our attempts to elucidate our discontent, the individual continued to press for further details. Eventually, their inquiry ceased, and they began to handle the plates in a disrespectful manner, seemingly taking our critique personally. However, in such circumstances, little can be done when an individual's gustatory preferences are not aligned with the cuisine offered. To compound matters, the same waiter returned with the bill, placing it before us with an air of disdain. If one cannot detach oneself from personal emotions, it would be prudent to reconsider a career in customer service or, indeed, the pursuit of entrepreneurship. In summation, while our choice of this establishment was predicated upon its culinary diversity and scenic allure, our experience was marred by underwhelming gastronomic offerings, unprofessional conduct by the waiter, and a pervasive lack of consideration for customer satisfaction. It is imperative for those engaged in customer service to prioritize professionalism and empathy, as these qualities significantly shape the overall impression of the establishment.

Room wasn’t clean, had ants and sand pretty much everywhere, cleaning services were not good, food was not good. Big variety but didn’t taste good. No hot drinks during dinners (only if you would go to the bar and buy them)

Le service de chambre est terrible. La chambre n’a quasiment pas été nettoyée pendant 7 jours. Le personnel ne fait que faire les lits et remplacer les serviettes. En aucun cas, mes draps ont été changés ou le sol a été fait.
